3 levels. The First level is a half bathroom, the kitchen, living room with A/C and large outdoor patio with dining table with amazing ocean views. The second level has a Master Suite with full bathroom, King size bed and access to an outdoor patio with lounge chairs and a beautiful ocean view. There is also a bedroom with two individual beds and a separate full bathroom on this level. The third level is a TV room with a queen size sofa bed(no A/C on this level, but has a cieling fan). The rooftop is also accessible and has a grill. Parking for one car directly in front of the home on a private road.

Pool is around the corner from the house and is shared between 5 other homes.

We live in the same condo complex in a different unit. We are available anytime to address any needs our guest might have.

The house is located on the Peninsula de Santiago. We are right around the corner from Las Hadas and Playa La Audiencia.

The #8 bus runs in front of the condo complex.
45 minute trip to ZLO, Playa de Oro International Airport
Taxis and Uber are also available.
Shared Pool Hours from 9am to 9pm
