Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful two-bedroom two bath condo with Gulf View and pool view. The unit is located at The Summerhouse in Panama City Beach. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the gulf.

Four beach chairs in spare bedroom closet and 4 beach towels are provided.
Lowered are prices for elevator being closed 3/10/2026-5/8/2026 NO elevator during this time

The space
There is a $32.99 plus tax parking pass fee that has to be paid at the front desk when arriving. They will give you your parking pass and wrist bands.

This is not included in the VRBO price. This is an additional fee you will need to pay when you arrive. This has to be paid at the front desk when checking in. We are unable to collect it beforehand.

This is a one time fee for your entire stay.

Guests are covered by Waivo Damage protection policy. Every booking includes third party damage insurance. The $40 management fee is for damage protection

March 10th - May 8th 2026 the elevator will NOT be working it’s being worked on with the final step. We have lowered our prices to account for no elevator. This unit is located in the 8th floor.
