The vacation rental is spread over two levels. A private entrance leads you into the ground-floor hallway. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven), the apartment features an adjacent, separate dining room.
A hallway with a guest restroom leads to the living room, which features a bar counter and a flat-screen TV. From here, you have access to the terrace and the beach chair area. From the hallway, a staircase leads down to the basement, where the two cozy bedrooms—each with a flat-screen TV—are located. This level also features a restroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available for shared use in the adjacent building.
The apartment includes one parking space. Please note that pets are not allowed.

This vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Would you like to take a vacation with the whole family? Book the “Syltlounge” apartment, located directly above the “Nordersuite,” which features two additional bedrooms (sleeping up to 4 people)!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand Westerland, besser geht es nicht. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und Supermärkte ist super. Die Wohnung war sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der Gastgeber hat mehrfach angemerkt, dass wenn irgendwas sein sollte, wir uns jederzeit melden können, generell war die Abwicklung unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Leider hatten wir die letzten drei Tage etwas unangenehme und laute Nachbarn, das tut der Qualität der Unterkunft aber keinen Abbruch. Wir danken für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Sommerurlaub auf Sylt

Unsere Location hat uns direkt beim ersten Anblick sehr gut gefallen. Leider fehlten ein paar Angaben bezügl. Waschmaschine und Trockner, die wir jedoch auf Nachfrage sofort erhalten haben. Kleine Mängel in der Wohnung haben wir sofort gemeldet.Das Badezimmer war leider nicht ganz so gründlich gereinigt. Super waren die Schlafzimmer und das Bad im Sousterrain, sehr angenehme Schlaftemperaturen, auch wenn es auf Sylt leider nicht so warm war. (14.-22-06.2025) . Super Platz für unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder ! Alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Großer Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und eigenem Strandkorb ! Nächster Strandzugang um die Ecke ! Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber! Die Sylt Go Karte haben wir leider nicht genutzt, da wir Radfahrer sind. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt ist es dort abends sehr ruhig. Einzig an der Schallisolierung zu den oberen Bewohnern sollte etwas getan werden, wenn man Nachbarn hat, die schon um 6 Uhr morgens die Möbel rücken ! Wir würden die Unterkunft trotzdem jederzeit wieder buchen !

Schöne, große und gepflegte Wohnung ganz nah am Strand

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die einzigen zwei Minuspunkte waren 1) die Geräusche der Bewohner der oberen Wohnung waren ziemlich laut (was aber auch an den Personen liegen konnte, manche sind einfach geräuschintensiver) 2) die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren nicht die des Onlineangebotes und ziemlich ungemütlich. Aber man kann improvisieren und die Wohnung war ja auch schön geräumig und gepflegt. Die Nähe zum Strand und Meer war perfekt!
