A cozy getaway for the whole family! Our modern vacation rental on Borkum, with a direct view of the North Sea, offers a wonderful vacation spot for four people. It features a spacious living room with a dining area, a separate bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and an entryway.

Modern and stylish furniture, a tastefully decorated interior, and a well-designed layout await you. The apartment’s balcony is particularly lovely, offering a magnificent view of the sea. Watching the sunset while breathing in the crisp North Sea air and sipping a glass of fine wine creates a wonderfully relaxing vacation atmosphere!

Or you can relax in the living room of the Borkum vacation rental: Here you’ll find a cozy seating area with cable TV (flat-screen) and a radio/CD player for spending time together as a family.

Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable built-in double bed (2 mattresses, each 80 x 200 cm) in the living room and a bunk bed in the separate bedroom.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, features, among other things, a stove (ceramic cooktop), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle).

Additional amenities such as a towel warmer in the bathroom, a large wardrobe, a clothes rack, and a coat rack ensure extra comfort.

The vacation rental offers free Wi-Fi—at no extra charge, of course.

Please note: Washing machines and dryers are available for shared use in the building. There is a separate parking space for bicycles. An elevator is available in the building. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Here’s what to do: Pack your swimwear and spend a wonderfully relaxing day at the beach soaking up the sun and unwinding!

Borkum’s town center, with its small shops, restaurants, bars, and cozy cafés, is right next to the building. Also nearby are a tennis court, the “Gezeitenland” seawater swimming pool, the Kulturinsel, the Kurhalle, and various shopping options. Inside the building itself, there are several small boutiques on the first floor.
