Valid UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID, or Passport is mandatory for the check-in process

Property has the right to refuse the guest to check-in if valid documents are not provided during the check-in process for all guests staying in the property.

The luggage Storage area is available to store your luggage during check-in or before check-out.

24 Hours Security available with CCTV Camera to make sure guest’s safety and security.

The guest will receive the access room key card after the check-in is proceed.

Only the registered guest will be allowed to stay and visit the apartment during the whole stay.

Additional Visitors / Guests are allowed but always Valid ID Passport needs to be registered at the reception and approved by the reception to get access for your visitor's friends or family members. Additional charges may apply as per the Property’s Policy.

Room extension is possible but always subject to availability with prior notice.
