This vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 adults in a 40 m² space.<br>It is located on the outskirts of town, near the forest, in a quiet setting.<br><br>This cozy, small vacation rental owned by the Ebersbach family is located on the first floor. <br><br>The living room was newly renovated in 2019, and the floor-to-ceiling windows with a balcony opening were completed in June 2021. The living room features an open kitchen, a sleeper sofa, a coffee table, a tall cabinet with a large TV, and a dining table with two benches.<br>The separate bedroom has two single beds (90 and 120 x 200) with reading lamps and a wardrobe.<br><br>Special features of this vacation rental:<br>The bathroom with shower and toilet was freshly renovated in 2017.<br>The living room with open kitchen was renovated in the summer of 2019.<br>The bedroom with two single beds was renovated in the spring of 2020. <br>The dormer balcony was completed in June 2021.<br>Quiet location near the forest. No smoking and no pets.<br>Behind the hedge by the parking lot is a shared terrace with seating, a barbecue area, a beach chair, and a lounger.<br><br>The cancellation policy for this property differs from our Terms and Conditions:<br><br>The following rules apply to bookings for this property:<br><br>Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival.<br><br>For cancellations made between 29 and 22 days before arrival, 50 percent of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.<br><br>For cancellations made 21 days or fewer before arrival, 90 percent of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.<br><br>This accommodations are arranged by our agency on behalf of and for the account of the owner.<br>When you make a reservation, the contract for the rental of the accommodations are entered into directly with the owner. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und hat uns gut gefallen. Die Nachschlüssel zur Wohnungseingangstür hakten jedoch dermaßen, dass wir die Tür erst nach langem und sehr (!!!) viel Geduld öffnen konnten. WD 40 half nicht; ich gehe davon aus, dass die Nachschlüssel nicht hundertprozentig passen. Ein Austausch der Schlüssel bei der Hausverwaltung brachte kein anderes Ergebnis. Wir haben die Wohnungstür oben dann notgedrungen unabgeschlossen gelassen.

Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden. Für mich kommt es nicht mehr infrage, das Wäschepaket zu nehmen, es waren für drei Personen und drei Nächte über 100€. Das ist es mir nicht wert. Sonst war rundum alles in bester Ordnung.

Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt am Strand aber Überraschenderweise wunderschön gelegen. Nebenan befinden sich 2 Bauernhöfe und ein kleiner Wald was wirklich schön war. Und zu Fuß war es auch wirklich nicht weit bis zum Strand. Die Wohnung war wirklich schön, sauber und selbst zu viert super nutzbar. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung sowie das einfache buchen über das Büro Knauff einfach empfehlen. Hat alles geklappt wie geplant und war einfach super einfach und unkompliziert danke dafür.

So eine gut sortierte und ausgestattete Ferienwohnung habe ich noch nie erlebt. Alles sauber, ordentlich, von allem ist alles ausreichend da. Man sollte sich nicht von dem Geruch im Flur ( Treppenaufgang) erschrecken / abhalten lassen. Die Wohnung ist 1a, meckern auf höchstem Niveau wäre, das beim Kopf an der wand direkt ungesicherte steckendosen sind, mit Kind eher unpraktisch ( gerade nachts) wir haben das Bett einfach in den Raum gezogen.

Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage durch die Nähe zum Strand und ist gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war in Ordnung, die Kleinigkeiten, die uns aufgefallen sind, konnten wir in kurzer Zeit schnell selber beseitigen. In der Wohnungsbeschreibung wurde WLAN als verfügbar angegeben, dies funktionierte leider nur im Wohnzimmer, und das auch nicht durchgängig. Hier wäre es sinnvoller, dies mit anzugeben, damit sich die Gäste bei Bedarf bereits vor Anreise um eine WLAN-Alternative z.B. fürs Homeoffice kümmern können. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr gut mit der Wohnung zufrieden, sodass wir bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gerne wieder kommen.
