For coffee lovers, a Nespresso machine and plunger are available with some stock to get you started. If culinary inspiration strikes, you'll find all you need, including an an Airfryer, Victorinox knives, and super cookware.
For those working remotely, the bedroom has a full-size desk, with the living room offering the possibility of a second workspace.
A communal boardroom is available for booking if you would like to hold meetings on site.
Plenty of secure off-street visitor’s parking is available on-site.
CONVENIENCE
A secure basement parking bay is included, with an elevator for quick access.
A communal laundromat on the ground floor operates at a nominal fee.
This apartment is self-serviced, with fresh towels provided every 3 – 4 days in season (Dec-Feb). Complimentary cleaning and linen changes are provided weekly for guests staying longer than 7 nights. Should you need more regular servicing, this can be arranged at an extra charge of R400 per day, subject to our housekeeping team's availability.
SUSTAINABILITY
Our apartments are furnished as far as possible with local and sustainable artisanal products. We take pride in equipping our staff to take part in the Cape's vibrant tourism sector. Energy and water efficiency measures have been taken to manage environmental footprint, with recycling facilities available on site to assist you.
Guest Access:
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, including the packing space and kitchen cupboards.
The Neighborhood:
Claremont is the main hub of the Southern Suburbs, renowned for beautiful mountain views, close proximity to Kirstenbosch garden, premium shopping experiences, and some of the best medical facilities in Cape Town. The centre is compact and easily navigated by foot during daylight hours.
Getting Around:
There is off street and on street parking available. Ubers are readily available at most times, and there are several bus routes nearby.

BOOKING POLICY
We reserve the right to decline booking requests from guests with ratings below 5*. This is to ensure excellent accommodation experiences for future guests and comply with building regulations.
Kindly note that we do not accept third party bookings without prior consent in writing. We will request identity information for third parties and may request guest verification.
We cannot accommodate children under 6 at this property since balconies are a risk to young children.
DATA SHARING AND PROTECTION

RULES
Smoking is not allowed anywhere at this property. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred.
We reserve the right to immediately cancel reservations of guests breaking our house rules, including smoking, holding parties, overcrowding our property, or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff. In this case, guests will forfeit payment for unused nights.
ANIMALS
Some residents in the complex keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.
