GENERAL AIRBNB RULES
It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.
1. Keep noise levels low, especially after 10 PM. A fine will be issued at the first warning.
2. Access will only be granted to guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host.
3. No parties or roaming outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
4. Charges will be applied for towels and/or bed sheets if they are stained, such as from makeup or other substances.
5. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
6. Park only in the designated spot.
7. Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
8. No pets. If they are service animals, documentation must be provided.
9. Keys and/or cards must be left in the place indicated by the host.
10. Additional charges will apply if electricity consumption exceeds the limit.
GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES
1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance, and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. Respect the rules for each amenity, which are outlined in the folder inside the apartment and indicated in the listing photos.
3. Grills and study rooms are not available to Airbnb guests.
4. Common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
5. A respectful attitude and behavior must be maintained toward neighbors and security guards.
FINES
Violating any point in both regulations may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN.
Damage and/or loss of linens, furniture, and inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
Additional cleaning due to excess dirt, fabric spills, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting at $1,500 MXN.
Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + the cost of nights that had to be blocked for repairs.
Loss of keys and/or cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
