This corner home is only a short stroll to the Concho River, Fort Concho Museum, and historical downtown San Angelo (less than a mile away. The Ben Ficklin Reservoir that many locals like to take a dip in is located 3 miles away. Goodfellow AFB is 2.7 miles away. Shannon Hospital is 1.4 miles away.

Historical San Angelo, besides having a lot of character offers shopping, dining, bars and much more.

The space
Self-entry with keypad lock. Code sent the day of entry. Walk straight into the living room to the right are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Straight ahead from the front door is the bathroom. The dining room is to the left and behind that is a kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, fridge, stove, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. To the right of the kitchen is a utility room with a washer, dryer and back door. There are extra linen and blankets in the back bedroom closet.
