Located in Puerto Pollensa, the holiday apartment Brodats is on the seafront and offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. The 80 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The holiday apartment also boasts a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening and enjoy the view over a glass of wine.

There is a restaurant in the building. Along the street there are cafés and bars (under 100 m). The nearest supermarket can be reached in 3 minutes on foot (265 m). The nearest beach, L'Arenalet is reachable within 8 minutes on foot (650 m).

It's a fantastic apartment: spacious, clean, and in a prime location right on the port. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the new outdoor chairs and table were a nice touch.The view isn’t as open as in the listing photos suggest, due to tree growth. Plus, a few late nights on the beach (1am–2am) meant some unwelcome noise.That said, the apartment has real charm and character, and we had a wonderful two weeks. Thank you!

Buena ubicación en Playa de Pollensa

Pros: El alojamiento está en primerísima línea de playa, con servicios de restauración muy próximos y supermercado. Zona muy tranquila de Playa de Pollensa. El alojamiento es espacioso y las vistas desde el salón comedor muy bonitas. La amplia terraza exterior da mucho juego. No le falta de nada en lo que a mobiliario y enseres se refiere. La wifi funciona bien. Cons: En la zona de la terraza interior había fuerte olor a humedad que se extendía a las habitaciones con puertas y ventanas hacia la misma.
