Finally, a chance to unwind.
Whether you’re traveling with family, as a couple, or on your own, you’ve found the perfect retreat here.
The house is situated on a hill with a breathtaking view of the sea. Surrounded by olive trees, you can enjoy the incredibly beautiful view of Kyparissia Bay.
The main terrace, featuring an infinity pool, is the perfect spot for sunbathing. Those who prefer a bit more peace and seclusion can retreat to the approximately 100-square-meter, private side terrace with an outdoor shower.
Inside, there is a large living room with two French doors leading to the pool terrace. It is equipped with a cozy seating area, an open fireplace, and a TV (with German channels).
Directly adjacent is the spacious, open kitchen, which features a separate dining area. All necessary amenities are provided. From here, you can access the outdoor seating area with a sea view, which makes shared breakfasts, lunches, or dinners an unforgettable experience.
In total, the house offers sleeping accommodations for six people.
The master bedroom, with its own exit to the pool terrace, features a double bed and two large built-in closets.
Adjacent to it is the bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet.
Opposite the master bedroom is another bedroom—or children’s room—with two single beds and a closet.
The third bedroom is also furnished with two single beds and two closets. Adjacent to it is the second bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The washing machine is also located here.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The house is accessible via a private paved road; only the last section is a dirt road. Right behind the house lies the beautiful Greek mountain landscape and unspoiled nature. Not far away, you’ll find quaint little mountain villages with simple, traditional restaurants.
The region is largely untouched by tourism. Here you can explore rural Greece with its small village taverns and kilometers-long sandy beaches, as well as experience typical Greek city life.
The beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Some feature small, traditional beach bars with free lounge chairs. You won’t find crowded hotel beaches here, as they’re all located within a nature reserve. In the summer, protected sea turtles come ashore here to lay their eggs. Between June and August, you’ll have the chance to witness this rare natural spectacle. Conservation organizations also offer the opportunity to see the tiny baby turtles right after they hatch.
Thanks to the very limited tourism, the water quality is excellent and the beaches are very clean.
Further south, small coves with pebble beaches are perfect for snorkeling.
So if you’d like to spend plenty of time—whether alone with nature, with your family, or with your loved ones—far away from traditional package tours, then you’ve found the perfect vacation home.
And if you ever find yourself getting bored, Kyparissia is 15 minutes away, Kalamata about 45 minutes, Patras about 2 hours, and Athens about 2.5 hours.
We’d be happy to send you many more suggestions for day trips after you book.
We look forward to seeing you.
