The Space:

Within walking distance to the shore of Lake Tahoe, this getaway will be just the place to relax and experience the blue water and mountain fun of South Lake! Step inside, and you will immediately be greeted by the gorgeous exposed ceilings, rustic wood accents, and an inviting fireplace to cozy up beside on chilly evenings. Come summer, there will be no lack of activities right at your fingertips with the shared pool, beach access, and private patio to sip a cocktail on. Entertaining will be a breeze as well, with bar seating in the full kitchen, an accommodating dining area, and a TV in the living room.



With such a central location on Lake Tahoe Boulevard, you and your guests will have no trouble finding dining hot spots within walking distance of the condo. Though summer will be the time for boating, fishing, swimming, and tanning on the warm sand, winter will bring fresh powder that will be calling the skiers of the group. There is no need to worry about a long commute to the slopes, as Heavenly Mountain Resort is just two miles away.



Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Daughter’s 17th birthday trip

Came down for daughter’s 17th birthday trip with a couple of her friends to hang at the beach and get some senior pics taken. Great property. Just as advertised!

The place was clean and well taken care of. Excellent location. Good communication. It gets hot on upper floors! There are fans which you will want to use. Master on ground floor was very comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of some basic supplies you would expect. No oven mitts, cooking spatula, salt, cooking spray, shampoo.

This was a nice location and check in process went smoothly. The layout is a little unique with both bathrooms on the bottom floor side by side with no bathroom on mid or upper levels. There are two sets of stairs but master is on the lower level (in case of mobility concerns). The amenities were good but staff at the lodge are not very helpful or friendly. Laundry is not in the unit and lodge does not sell laundry supplies. All in all a good place to stay.

Pros: Lakeland village is fantastic for location. Kids had a blast sledding right on the lake shore, amazing views. This unit has the basics, comfortable beds, clean, cozy fireplace, functional. Located right off the main highway so roads are well maintained. Cons: No frills (powdered shampoo pods, single ply paper towels etc., low water pressure shower), weird layout with both bathrooms on the first floor, noisy fridge, loud HVAC located in the kitchen. Shuttle that used to run to Stateline no longer exists, there is another contracted shuttle that picks up at a nearby parking lot but no longer right on property. Family made great memories here, and while I wouldn’t go out of my way to select this unit again to stay, it was totally adequate.

Was a nice stay

We all had a great time. Very comfy beds. We were in a perfect spot that was close to different restaurants and right down the road from the casinos. The Ubers were super quick to pick us up to go out for more fun every time.

This place is very nice and quiet it has almost everything you need including plates cups and mugs but do bring your own seasonings for cooking. The seanary was very pretty. If you are coming to just relax then this is tgr place to be because no onr will bother you.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The location was right by the lake and very close to Heavenly for skiing. Lots of local places to eat. We loved having our own kitchen to cook after a long day of skiing. And a nice fireplace to get warm. One issue is the placement of the bathrooms. The bottom floor by the master had both bathrooms next to one another. While the main floor and loft with other beds were nowhere near them.

Zero stress. Seamless experience like staying in a high end hotel!

Almost beach front, private beach access, clean and comfy place. For the first time, staying in a vacation rental felt much better than staying in a hotel because if was so well managed. For all my future vacation in Tahoe, I look forward to stay in the same condo. And as far as vacationing in any other place is concerned, I will check Vacasa first over other usual travel websites. Might save me some money.

Close to the lake and great for a single family

Unit 519 is very close to the lake, less than a 2 minute walk from the front door. However you can not see the lake from the unit, the unit looks out onto a central lawn and trees. We stayed in 519 for a week with our 4 and 9 year old. It was clean and large enough for us. The kitchen was easy to use and had all the items I needed for cooking. However, it did not have salt/pepper/oil etc. It did have coffee grinds. The first floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed, there is an unattached a full bath and a second 1/2 bath. The second floor is the kitchen and living area along with the small outside deck. The third floor has two queen size beds. It's a lot of stairs. If you can't handle walking up and down a lot of stairs, do not rent this unit. I wouldn't rent it if you have a young child that is just learning how to navigate a staircase either. It's about 25 steps from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. Another note. If you are sleeping in the master on the 1st floor you can't hear anything in the living room or 3rd floor bedroom. Which is good if you want privacy, bad if you want to hear your young kids on the 3rd floor. Lakeland Village is a great location. Whole Foods right across the street. BBQ's on the beach, the pools and hot tub are great. The beach is clean and water easy for young ones. There are Lime scooters everywhere, so it's easy to get up to Heavenly in the summer with out driving. Parking was easy. We enjoyed Lakeland Village.

nice place need some supplies

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is great and condo is true to description. Some essentials should be included. The kitchen has pots and pans, however some provisions like salt and pepper and extra toilet paper and paper towels should be left Also, poor communication from the property management. Called and texted to have someone call regarding fans and transportation bands and no one followed up. .

Great place to stay

Spotless and well kept. Great home! The only negative is that in the pictures there is a beach and pool view. I don’t know what house that was taken from but it wasn’t this one. The beach is however a 30-second walk from the house.

Decent home in amazing location

Pretty decent house thats super conveniently located in South Lake Tahoe and was great for our group of 5 during our 3-night stay. The complex is on the beach midway between the Stateline/Heavenly and El Dorado Park - although you can't see the water from the unit. The unit is pretty dark and doesn't have much natural light. Even with all the lights inside, the unit was still pretty dark. We were also pretty disappointed that the unit didn't have basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, and oil. They only had coffee filters. Make sure to bring literally everything you need from seasoning to foil, plastic wrap, etc. The unit is a tad bit bigger than what the pics make out of it. Also the mattress in the bedroom was amazingly comfortable. However, the room got super stuffy especially during the night. Overall we had a great stay and Vacasa agents were very quick to help us during our time there. Would definitely stay in this complex again, and wouldn't mind this unit either.
