You have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a private, fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The apartment features Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, baby cot and high chair – perfect for families. The step-free interior ensures barrier-free access during your stay.

A shared parking space is available at the house, and public transport is within easy reach. Events are not permitted on the property. For your outdoor activities, there is a communal bicycle and ski storage room. Families benefit from the shared playground as well as toys and books for children, which are available during your stay.



The Premium Card (valid from 16 June to 15 October) offers you unlimited use of all open cable cars in Paznaun and Samnaun, use of public transport in Paznaun and Montafon, access to the Silvretta High Alpine Road and much more. The Premium Card is available on site from your host and can be purchased for an additional fee. Purchase of the card is mandatory.
