Spanning 19 acres with breathtaking views of the lake and the Sierras, Lakeland Village offers an unforgettable resort-like experience with two outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, private sandy beach access, and a pier – all within a mile of Heavenly Resort. Enjoy world-class skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, golfing, and water activities in the summer. Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.



Overlooking the pool at the Lodge, your deluxe studio boasts a fireplace and a full kitchen that is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes. Plus, there’s a kitchen bar and two-seat dining table for mealtime, board games, and puzzles. Step out on the furnished balcony with a view of the pool for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.



Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Great location

The place had all we needed for our stay. It was walkable distance from shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that the people above us were extremely loud. They came in pretty late both nights and were stomping around and moving furniture. Made it hard to sleep.

This unit is adequate for 2 people to shower and sleep in. It has everything you need as a home base for Tahoe fun. The amenities and unit were a bit dated and the AC didn’t work well at all. We would have just opened the windows but there was a yellow light from outside that shined in at night and so we couldn’t leave the blinds opened to get air. The sliding door also didn’t have a screen so we didn’t want to leave that open either. Bit of a bummer.This is NOT a criticism of the unit, but the property in general has a bear situation. People leave their trash out at night and the bears love that. So nice 6pm hits, be on the lookout for bears if you are going to the pool or beach. You will for sure encounter them during your stay.It would help if the property had an appropriate bear proof dumpster where people could put their trash.
