Private: property 600 m2, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 5.5 km, shopping centre 18 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 5 km, café 3 m, bus stop 1.1 km, sandy beach "Erléac'h" 400 m, diving center 3 km. Marina 17 km, golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 500 m, riding stable 8 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Nearby attractions: Aber Benoît 500 m, La Maison des Abers 600 m, Parc d'attractions La Récré des 3 Curés 15 km, Lannilis 12 km, Saint Rénan 20 km, Brest, Océanopolis 30 km.
