Located at Bear Hollow Village, this 4BR/3BA townhouse in Park City is just 5.4 miles from the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort.

After a great day on the trails, fire up the bubbles in your private hot tub. Or enjoy shared access to fantastic amenities, including a seasonal pool, hot tubs, and a fitness center.

Your rental is located within an easy walk of the free Park City bus line, and it’s only a 35-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport.

LIVING AREAS

Relax fully in the cozy living area, appointed with a plush couch, a pair of comfy love seats, and a 47' flat-screen TV. Kick back and enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace

KITCHEN & DINING

Open to the living area, a well-equipped kitchen features pine cabinetry, granite countertops, and a full suite of appliances -- including a side-by-side refrigerator and gas range.

There’s seating for two at the breakfast bar. Adjacent, a dining area with vintage ski posters has a wooden table for six.

BED & BATH

Located at Bear Hollow Village, this 4BR/3BA townhouse in Park City is just 5.4 miles from the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort.

On the top floor, a master bedroom with inviting mountain decor boasts a California king bed, 50' TV, and walk-in closet. An en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub.

Located on the entry-level, a gorgeous second bedroom boasts a king bed, its own gas fireplace, and a 40' flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Accessible only via the second bedroom, a small side room is great for kids -- furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

On the second floor, the third guest room has a queen bed and 40' TV. A nearby fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private deck with an open-air hot tub!

A guest bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Enjoy the 'whole house fan' in the Spring, Summer and Fall. With windows slightly open you can enjoy the fresh air and cool nights in Park City.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and a boot dryer are provided.

A printer is available in unit for guest use.

Parking is provided for four vehicles (two in the driveway and two in the garage). Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Group ski trip

Overall a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. Great location to base a multi-resort ski trip out of. Clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. One bed is in need of replacement, Wifi had intermittent issues.

Comfortable, well equipped, close to bus stop. Roads are plowed often. Too many remotes serving an older living room TV monitor and sound bar, but we finally figured it out.

Bear Hollow Village

Rented this property for a ski trip to include 5 guys, all professional. Accommodations were fine, clean and conveniently located to the PC resorts. No cable TV but some paid streaming serves. The hot tub needed attention and the maintenance crew addressed the issue within 24 hours.

Clean and Cozy for 10.

We loved the king size bed upstairs with jacuzzi and shower, two bedrooms with qeen beds on second/first floor with hot tub are amazing, kitchen is full of everything you need.The only disappointed for us was two bedrooms on basement/first floor, because we didn’t know that there are connected.1king bed and another room with two twin size beds.But if it is a family with kids , it’s would work very well.Both floors has gas fireplace.the house is very close to free bus stop to park city or Canyon ( your choice) Absolutely recommend for everybody ! Great place, Great location, Clean and Cozy.

Great place and location, weird quirks

Overall the place was great, the location was very close to the canyons base, hot tub awesome, and it was plenty of room for a group of 8. A couple of things were weird though. Found some dirty underwear under a bed and other things that indicated the unit was not that well cleaned. We received a noise complaint on a Friday night at 8pm after playing a little music. There were no trash bags aside from those already in cans. I would recommend this VRBO, but there are a few things to address.

Great getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was just like pictured. Very spacious. Great for big groups or families. I was very happy they had basic spices and pots and pans for cooking. The beds were super comfortable! The house was in a nice location. It was close to grocery stores and Main Street. The property managers were quick to respond when I had questions. My only complaint was getting bombarded with messages about a noise complaint that they thought was coming from our location. It was New Year’s Eve and a few houses down the road happened to be setting off fireworks. Other than that great house great location. I would totally stay there again.

Winter Getaway

Nice spacious house. The listing said you can have up to 10 guest and it’s fully stocked. The photos showed there were TVs in all rooms. Once we arrived I noticed neither of the TVs on the second floor in the bedrooms worked to watch tv. I felt like that’s false advertising. There was not enough toilet paper for 10 people in the house. There was no shower gel or bath soap in any of the 3 bathrooms. There was a mismatch of what looked like small old hotel shampoo bottles personal size in the bathroom shower. I called to get a later checkout it took me 4 times calling to get a hold of any one, just to get an answer of no. Check out is 10am most places I stay check out is at 12 or can be extended to at least 12. With the amount of money and extra cleaning fees being charged for this home. The items i mentions should be properly stocked and TVs should have tv on them. I emailed the owner of the property and never even got a response back. I would not rent this property again.

Would definitely stay again!

My family of 7 had a very comfortable stay. The house is well kept, in a quiet neighborhood, and offered all of the essentials we needed plus games and plenty of movies. The property is in a great location (10-15 minute easy drive to mountain parking lot), close to groceries, and close enough to downtown Park City to enjoy shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful Stay

Beautiful place to stay. Everything was clean and had a lot of stuff that we need when cooking or needed. Only wish they had a AC in the summer time as it was hot in the house. My family and kids had a great time stay here.

Stay was great besides noise complaints

The stay was very enjoyable besides receiving numerous noise complaints the first two nights. We were not being loud at all; no music was playing and we were far under the renting capacity. Complaints stopped after we called property manager to complain.

A very positive experience!

Checking in was easy and the place was immaculate. Nice, comfortable furnishings. Great space. Lots of room for the four adults who stayed there. Awesome location. Property manager answered any questions we had by text or email very quickly.

Ski Trip get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was awesome! Guys get away weekend for some skiing and stayed at 5486. Great location about 10-15 minutes from the slopes. Very clean and had all the amenities. Had some connection issues at first, but those were resolved within 15 minutes with the staff. Very responsive and helpful I have stayed at Turnkey houses before and will again. Highly recommended for your get away trip!

Great Property

This was a great place to stay! We had a lovely weekend at this property, it was easy to get to the mountain to ski or shop along Main Street or the shopping just off the highway. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for quick breakfasts and to cook dinner for our guests. We'd stay here again for sure.

Nice house

This was a perfect house for 5 adults and a young child! It is minutes from the Canyons and 12 min to Park City Mountain. Enough seating and eating space for all of us. Comfortably furnished, with2 fireplaces, 2 car garage and a hot tub. Kichen was very well equipped. Yay Keurig!

Great Property

The property was great. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Beds were comfortable. TurnKey property management was a pain. I had to do the normal VRBO stuff plus TurnKey want an online registration/survey and a phone call survey plus a text to get the crazy 10 digit door code. Their special wifi router wasn't even connected to the internet, no Ethernet jack anywhere near. Property/owner good. Management more hassle than normal.

Great Townhouse in Park City

Very nice property, worked perfectly for a family get together. Property management company communication was a bit threatening and there was a couple of problems. The internet did not work as set up, and the smoke detector batteries upstairs need changed...beeping at night was quite irritating. However, the location of the property, its size, amenities and cleanliness made up for a few minor inconveniences. The availability of toys and games for the children was a wonderful surprise. The closeness to the clubhouse with gas grills, and a firepit was another plus.

Great for our 2 families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great for our vacation. 2 families stayed here with kids. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 garbage bags. We had to buy more toilet paper. Also I wished there was more towels or we would have brought ours.

We appreciate you pointing out our starter kit of standard supplies for our future travelers. We stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival day, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. You were wonderful guests and we would welcome the opportunity to host you again at any time. – The TurnKey VR Team
