The Space:

Easy, welcoming, and well-located in downtown Park City, this condo features partial mountain views, a private washer/dryer to refresh your skiing and hiking clothes, and wonderful access to the free city-wide shuttle. Leave your car in the complimentary underground space, walk to the very best of Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort, and come home each evening to a gas fireplace in both the living room and master bedroom.

At this lovely Alpine Shadows condo on Park Avenue, you’re within walking distance of Park City Mountain (a quarter-mile away) and an easy shuttle ride from Deer Valley Resort (two miles), Canyons Village (four miles), and just about anywhere else in Park City. You'll be a quarter-mile north of the base of the Town Lift, the same distance from the historic district and the many attractions of Main Street, and a quick stroll from biking and hiking trails, a Starbucks, and a market.

The apartment was just a few blocks from Main street which we loved - it was easy to walk to all the places we wanted to go. I loved having the ability to walk to the cute coffee shop on Main Street in the morning! Apartment was clean and nicely decorated, comfortable couch and beds and nice to hang out in.

Good stay!

The place was pretty clean and well stocked. Central location, easy to find your way around downtown. A couple of things that could be improved would be ensuring that the dishes are actually clean that were put into the cabinet (not sure if this was housekeeping or past guests), including centralized information (there were multiple sets of checkout information, which gets confusing and the codes for things took quite a bit of effort to continue to locate as well), and including some helpful in home stuff such as an ironing board. All in all, good stay. Would stay again.

4 of us women spent 3 nights in this apartment. It was welcoming, cozy, and perfect for us. It was a great location! We used Uber to and from the airport and walked all around town. It was lovely and we felt safe at all times.

Great Property in a Good Location

We loved being in walking distance to everything. Comfortable beds and family area furniture. Two warnings: 1. If you have younger kids you might choose another property. We were lucky we didn’t have guests in the lower facility as we had a toddler with us and they would have hated us! 2. If anyone in your party has difficulty with stairs, go elsewhere. It’s a narrow winding staircase to the door.

Great home and space but blankets on the beds had stains and carpets were in really rough shape and stained. Would stay here again if it was cleaned a lot better. Beds were decent but could use some upgrades.

Great location, plenty of space, very clean

Very large and clean 3 bedroom condo with plenty of space. Do have to climb 3 flights of stairs and deal with a 10 digit code for the door but 2 spaces for cars and free parking. There is no gym as listed for us but manager was very responsive and offered compensation so I am very satisfied

Convenient location

Love that the condo was close enough to walk to downtown area with ease. Spacious living area and kitchen. Great entry way area for shoes, coats etc. Love the nice beach towels provided. We did feel a lack of some kitchen items like a baking pan and mixing bowls. The TV is dated and slow.No a/c but nice breezes cooled the place down.

Great Location! Comfortable condo!

This condo is close to everything including the town lift! The unit was clean and updated and beds were comfortable. The kitchen could use more utensils, a decent set of knives and serving bowls. Would be nice to have some basic spices provided for guest use and dishwasher was difficult to operate without instructions. Was not impressed with the Wyndham management team. We had a great vacation.

Mud Season

We stayed 2 nights in late April and weather was perfect, mid 60's and sunny. The location and parking is fantastic. The layout of the unit, 2nd floor walkup, is great. Overall the unit and the building is a bit dated but has good upgrades. The only real complaint is when are they going to update the pillows? Ive read this in a bunch of reviews. We would stay again.
