The Space:

Easy, welcoming, and well-located in downtown Park City, this condo features partial mountain views, a private washer/dryer to refresh your skiing and hiking clothes, and wonderful access to the free city-wide shuttle. Leave your car in the complimentary underground space, walk to the very best of Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort, and come home each evening to a gas fireplace in both the living room and master bedroom.



What’s nearby:

At this lovely Alpine Shadows condo on Park Avenue, you’re within walking distance of Park City Mountain (a quarter-mile away) and an easy shuttle ride from Deer Valley Resort (two miles), Canyons Village (four miles), and just about anywhere else in Park City. You'll be a quarter-mile north of the base of the Town Lift, the same distance from the historic district and the many attractions of Main Street, and a quick stroll from biking and hiking trails, a Starbucks, and a market.

The apartment was clean, the furniture okay and comfortable, it was close to the Main Street, but if you're looking for good communication ,it isn't here.No response after many calls to the hosts and even vrbo.The electricity went out and no response. Our apt.was 4 flights up. Hauling our luggage and food just about killed us as we are in our 70s. I think it is run by a corporation as it lacks pride of ownership .

We appreciate your feedback, Stan, and we're glad to hear that you found the apartment clean and comfortable, as well as conveniently located near Main Street. We understand how important communication is, especially during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of response you experienced. In looking through the details of your stay I see you requested additional blankets, sheets and pillows which were dropped off before your arrival. I also see that this was communicated to you through and SMS messaging before your arrival. We are not sure who was contacted in regard to the power outage, however if the local team had been notified we would have responded. We also recognize that hauling luggage up four flights can be quite a challenge, especially for our older guests. While the listing does mention the stairs, we completely understand how that can be a significant factor in your experience. It's important to note that this unit is on the 2nd floor and uses landings in the middle of the 2 stairways. It is not truly 4 full flights of stairs. Your comments about the overall management are noted, and we want you to know that we genuinely care about our guests and their comfort. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope you find a place that better meets your needs in the future.

Great location and good for families/small groups!

The apartment was just a few blocks from Main street which we loved - it was easy to walk to all the places we wanted to go. I loved having the ability to walk to the cute coffee shop on Main Street in the morning! Apartment was clean and nicely decorated, comfortable couch and beds and nice to hang out in.
