The Space:

Sitting on an enclosed three-quarters of an acre, this lovely coastal farmhouse is Washington living at its finest! Ideal for multi-family groups, or large families in general, this property features both a main house and a separate studio. When you aren't hanging out around the firepit or unwinding in the private sauna or hot tub, head for beach access at the Sid Snyder Approach, only 1.5 miles away.



Within a quick drive, you'll discover downtown Long Beach where you can explore Marsh's Free Museum, ride go-karts and play mini-golf, take a walk on the Long Beach Boardwalk, shop for a souvenir at one of the many boutiques, and stop for a bite at one of the many great restaurants. Also close by are the Peninsula Golf Course, Cape Disappointment State Park, and the North Head Lighthouse.



Inside, the updated interior is a place of pure peace with its soft furnishings, modern appliances, and ample natural lighting. The cozy living room features an oversize sofa and a large TV that's perfect for family movie viewings. The adjacent kitchen positively gleams with its sprawling countertops and stainless steel appliances. When mealtime rolls around, dine at the breakfast bar, at the dining table, or even alfresco! Additionally, right off the kitchen, you'll be pleased to find a desk that's ideal for remote work projects.

The separate studio suite comes equipped with its own kitchenette, living area, comfy bed, private bathroom, and infrared sauna. As the sun begins to fall, head outside where the warm glow of the twinkle lights illuminates family barbecues, s'more-making around the firepit, and star-viewing hot tub soaks.

Great Family Stay

My family had a great time, the check in process was super easy and we were allowed an early check in. We were close enough to everything but still far away enough to have privacy and quiet. This was our second stay and we will for sure stay again!!

Lovely home base for exploring the WA coast!

Rented this place to visit the WA coast with my family from MI, and it was a huge hit all around! Fit all of us comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the fully fenced property was amazing for our nephew and dog. Felt “away from it all” but still a short drive from Long Beach and the State Park. Wish we could have stayed longer, and wouldn’t hesitate to come back, maybe for clamming!

Beautiful home large fenced yard

This home is beautiful in every way. Close to town and huge fenced yard for dogs to play! I rent a lot of VRBO’s and this was a definite favorite! We will be renting this again!

We had an amazing time! We had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the outside area with the fire pit. The lighting around the entrance to the house was brilliant and definitely helped us find the house in the dark. We would definitely stay here again. 😊

Wouldn’t rent again

I appreciated the fully fenced yard, the hot tub and the sauna. There were a ton of extra towels and beach towels. It’s close enough to the beach that you don’t mind the short drive. Very obviously pet friendly.

House was great. Interior was cute. Sauna and hot tub were big pluses. Fully fenced yard. Dogs loved it. Neighbors were spaced apart nicely. Would’ve loved a little more privacy (fencing or covering) from the homes behind the house but certainly not a deal breaker. Very comfortable beds. Nice appliances. Used the grill. Very nice. Would stay here again.

Thank you for your review, Tonya. O’ceananigans is a beautiful home with a beautiful fenced-in yard that has a hot tub and allows dogs. The housekeepers and the lawn care company go through the yard and clean up anything that does not belong in the yard. The owner has spoken to the neighbor about their dog barking. We recommend to please call Vacasa if it is ever ongoing and if the neighbor's dog is just a nuisance. As far as the water pressure, there is pretty good water pressure in the home as long as two guests are not taking a shower at the same time in both showers or running the washing machine at the same time. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can host you again!

Ice storm !!

The house was great ! Our problem was the ice, the driveway and parking pad was frozen solid. It was very hard to get into the house. The deck was a sheet of ice also, which makes it hard to use the hot tub.

Family beach vacation

The house was beautiful and spacious. Great location. The only thing we didn’t like was there was two sets of neighbors that stayed up until 12-1am being loud and playing music along with a dog that barked all night long. Unfortunately it made it so we had to close our windows and not enjoy the fresh breeze. We were still able to hear the noise and barking with the window shut. At bedtime my daughter had to go and find a fan noise to play to help block out the neighbors. As for the house itself no complaints it was great.

Best vacation house ever!

Our family has been renting vacation houses for 25 years since we moved to the Pacific Northwest. This house was a little misleading from the photo of the outside because once you walk in everything is perfect! The kitchen was completely and totally supplied with everything you could possibly need to cook anything. The furniture was great, we’ve never stayed in a house that had its own sauna, and the hot tub was in the perfect place, convenient and worked well. The beds were heavenly and we had more than enough of all the supplies you need in a vacation house. We just had to go down the road to drive and walk on the beach and the totally fenced backyard was the biggest bonus of all for our dog. It is actually way more than a backyard. It looks like a half acre for the dog to run and explore. I can’t say enough good things about this house, there is nothing I would change and we can’t wait to go back and stay longer next time.
