Location and layout of this property were excellent. It was very comfortable. The property is in need of some updating, especially in the bathrooms. Deck chairs were uncomfortable with only a thin seat pad. No pads at all for the chaise lounges. No air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom that opened onto the deck, but the standing floor fan in the room did help. There are some dark carpet stains in the dining area, and bathroom towels are worn and stained - they should be replaced. Otherwise, very comfortable, and we loved the view of the river and canyon and sunrises from the deck.

Thank you, Madalyn, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you found the location and layout of our charming waterfront condo to be excellent and that you enjoyed the comfort it provided. The views of the river and canyon, especially during sunrise, truly are a highlight. We appreciate your feedback regarding the need for updates in the bathrooms and the deck chairs. Your comfort is important to us, and we will certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue to enhance the experience for our guests. We’re also sorry to hear about the issues with the towels and the carpet stains; that’s not the standard we aim for, and we will address these concerns promptly. It’s great to know that the standing fan helped in the downstairs bedroom, but we understand how important air conditioning can be, especially during warmer days. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and your insights are invaluable. We hope to welcome you back in the future for another stay, where we can provide an even better experience. Thank you again for your thoughtful review.

The view was quite nice, and the amenities were adequate. However, the unit is very dated. Water pressure was uneven, hot tub would not cool down to below 104 degrees (even when we set temp to 90), and the stairs leading down to the unit (there were lots of stairs) were in need of repair. Finally, the separate AC unit in the larger downstairs bedroom was noisy and ran most of the time non-stop, even when we adjusted the main thermostat. Finally, someone was already parked in one of our two designated parking spots, so the daytime visitors that we had, on separate days, had to park elsewhere. Seems like both parking spaces should be clearly marked "33".

We appreciate your feedback, Mark. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the view and found the amenities adequate. We understand that the dated aspects of the unit and the issues with water pressure and the hot tub temperature were disappointing. We want every guest to feel comfortable and relaxed, so we’re sorry to hear about the noise from the AC unit and the parking situation. Your comments about the stairs and parking markings are valuable, and we will certainly look into those details to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again to experience the improvements we’re working on.

Cleaning was not the best. Furnitures and countertops were quite dusty and floors weren’t very clean. Especially bathrooms were kind of outdated and living room furnitures weren’t very clean. Since it was a condo, getting to the front door from the parking lot was not the easiest, especially hauling luggage’s and groceries.Unfortunately , I don’t think I would come back to this property.
