This second-floor oceanfront studio is ideal for vacationers needing a getaway to the Oregon Coast. The condo has been recently updated and offers large windows perfect for taking in views of the Pacific Ocean and a covered deck great for watching the seasonal whale migrations (usually in late December and March). There's also a seasonal pool available at the building.

The condo had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Laying in bed with the windows open and enjoying the sounds and sights of Nye Beach was so lovely. The walk in shower with rain head was a bonus. We skipped the stairs to the beach and accessed it easily by walking the shops to the south. Plenty of good eats nearby as well.

Perfect location for exploring both north and south! Stunning ocean front views, with private beach access! Kitchen well equiped. The condo lovely and only 2 blocks to great food options, art galleries, and funky shops. Will stay here again!

Excellent location for walking to many things and easy access to the beach. Nye beach is a quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and local shops. The view from the condo cannot be beat.

Great beachfront stay!

Loved my stay at this property! It gave a great way to enjoy the stormy ocean from the comfort and warmth of the couch. Loved the easy access to Nye Beach and the bay front, as well as the Yaquina Head lighthouse just a ten minute drive away. Definitely would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay.

The unit was immaculate! Everything was very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. View was beautiful. Easy walk to Nye Beach. Loved our stay. We will definitely be back. Process from reservation to arrival was a great experience. Good communication and directions.

The beach was unobstructed view, but the condo smelled so bad it smelled like a mixture of dog and mold or smoke. I don’t know what it woke me up at night and I used the CPAP and there were little like fleas every time I tried to eat in there, they would be trying to get into my food so we didn’t really eat much in there and there were some crawling bugs as well. Little spiders. It was my 65th birthday and we wanted to spend it oceanfront on my beach we made the best of it.

A milestone occasion deserves to feel special, and we truly regret that parts of your experience were disappointing. We were genuinely surprised by your comments, as they do not reflect the condition of the unit as we know it. We have not received any other reports of odors, fleas, or insect concerns in this condo, and the unit is inspected regularly. We have never encountered the issues described, but we take feedback like this very seriously. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have immediately sent housekeeping and, if needed, pest control to inspect and address any concerns right away. Our goal is always to resolve issues in real time so our guests can fully enjoy their vacation. Out of an abundance of caution, we will be conducting another thorough inspection. Cleanliness, comfort, and maintaining the standards reflected in our other reviews remain extremely important to us. We do appreciate you highlighting the unobstructed oceanfront view, and we’re glad you were able to make the best of your time at the beach.
