The Space:

You'll find fun for the whole family at this Sunriver house! Between games of Ping-Pong and relaxing evenings in front of the fireplace, you'll be glad you came. You'll even have eight SHARC passes.



Located to the north in Sunriver, it's just over two miles to the shops and restaurants in the village. SHARC (passes are provided) is only a mile south, and day trips to Mt. Bachelor (16 miles away) and Bend (17 miles away) are quick and easy.



The home is single-level, making this an ideal space for anyone whose joints don't appreciate stairs.



Sunlight streams through the enormous windows into the open-concept living spaces. Select a book from the shelf and cozy up in front of the wood-burning fireplace, or watch cable on the flat screen. If you're feeling peckish, look up a recipe on the WiFi and head into the kitchen to prepare a meal.



Fully stocked and with an island for extra chopping space, the kitchen is a pleasant place to work. You don't just have the bare essentials to work with. There's a dishwasher available to cut down on cleanup time, and a gas grill outside for family barbecues. When you're done cooking, eat at the dining table or outside on the patio furniture.



Three cozy bedrooms and a living-room sofabed provide enough space for eight lucky guests. The first bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a flat screen TV. Another has a queen bed, making it perfect for night-time heart-to-hearts in the soothing waters. The third bedroom has two twin beds. In all, this home is ideal for either a family or a group of close friends.



Enjoy Sunriver amenities, like pickleball and tennis courts, a disc golf course and miles of paved bike trails. Treat yourself to a slice of pizza while marveling at the starry skies .



One of the most fun Sunriver perks is SHARC, the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center (passes included). From the tubing hill, to the swimming pools, to the tot pool, there's plenty of watery fun. For something a bit dryer, there are basketball and bocce ball courts, a playground, a sand area, and picnic pavilions.

lovely home, perfect spot

Within walking distance of Ft. Rock Park, and the SHARC, and even walkable to the village, this was perfect for us! Grandma in private room on one side of house, kids and parents in rooms on the other side, nice hot tub, neighbors not squished in. It was perfect for us!

Great Sunriver house in a great location

We loved staying at 11 Cedar and definitely recommend it if the size meets your needs. The layout is great with the joint kitchen/dining/family room great room and we loved that it is a single story home. The living room has nice windows to look out of on both sides and we loved both the front and back deck. The back deck area was very private with a nifty rocky area just behind the house that the kids loved to play on. Family-friendly Fort Rock Park is a less than 5 minute walk away and the SHARC pool is a 10ish minute walk or a quick bike ride away, with the Village and all the great restaurants and Goody's being not too much farther. We had a great stay and love Sunriver, thank you!

Sunriver family stay

Property was clean and included everything needed for a 1 week family vacation including a toddler. It was conveniently located for parks, swimming, bicycling and hiking. Abundant stores nearby, as well as deer and wildlife. Ideal family location locale. Well stocked kitchen and very tasteful decor. You could tell owner cared. Great bikes, ping pong table and back deck with barbecue and private hot tub. Single level ideal for toddler. High chair and crib provided.

Nice home!

The home was nice and great for a big group, but we had some issues checking-in. The keypad on the front door was not working when we entered in the code. We called Vacasa and they tried to unlock it, but had to send someone to open the lock box (she was very nice and helpful). Overall the hot tub was nice, the backyard was pretty, and the bikes were fun.

The grown ups enjoyed the hot tub off the master. Nice location near Ft. Rock park and you can access bike paths from there. There were bikes for grown ups but not kids. Our 7 yr old liked exploring the little rocky hill behind the house and we had deer wander through several times. We never could get the VCR in the kids room to work, but that was a minor inconvenience. Very enjoyable stay!

Great house. Poor service from Vacasa

This house was a perfect fit for 6 people. Very comfy home base while we skied at Mt Bachelor. The kitchen flooded while we were there and although we were able to get the local property manager to send out a repair person, Vacasa did not respond to any of my communications (through app, text, and email). We cleaned up, tried to protect the carpets from being ruined and turned off the water. Seems like Vacasa should have stepped up to the plate more than they did.

Great location

We loved being close to the park, this was the best stocked kitchen I have ever had in Sunriver and the layout of the house worked perfectly for us. My only complaint would be that the water in the house is so hot two of my four children now have pretty bad burns from it. It should be turned down at the water heater so it can’t get that hot as it’s a safety hazard.

Good House for friends - missing some key amenities and maintenance issue

Overall, this house was a great spot in Sunriver and we enjoyed our stay with 2 other couples very comfortably. The hot tub was nice, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the large open area into the dining and family room was nice to have a spot where we could hang out in the evenings. We were surprised given the hot tub and Sharc access that require the need to bring your own towels that there were not beach towels for this use at the house. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have brought our own towels from home. Finally, the kitchen sink started leaking lots of water below it from the faucet in the morning. Unfortunately, it took multiple phone calls to Vacasa in order to get the issue resolved so we could not use the kitchen sink for most of one day.

Excellent stay!

The house had everything we needed for a wonderful trip. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and spices we needed to make our own meals. The hot tub was relaxing and it is so peaceful and quiet around the neighborhood. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the aquatic park and there are a ton of activities all with 15 minutes of driving.

Great House for a Family

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The setup is well suited for a family with a big, bright open space, and rooms kids can use separate from the master. There were toys, and the home is located an easy riding or walking distance to Fort Rock Park.

Clean and Stocked

This was the cleanest rental home we've ever stayed in. Everything we needed was readily available, including cooking oil (which we forgot to bring), a stocked toy chest and a functional espresso machine and coffee grinder. The heating and plumbing worked great, we had plenty of towels and warm comforters and we appreciated the ample room in dressers and closets to stash our clothes. We made good use of the pool passes and bikes. We even used the grill and it lit right up. Oh - when we were contacted about the carpet being cleaned right before our arrival, I was a little wary - but they were dry and beautiful when we got there. We spent a lot of time on the floor playing with those toys, and it was cozy. The hot tub worked great. We'll stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect home away from home!!

We enjoyed all the detail in this home! The hot tub was perfect after playing in the snow all day. The kids enjoyed the table tennis in the garage, and the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Loved having the SHARC passes, it was a nice extra and made for an awesome day. We will definitely come again :)

Sunriver getaway

Property was well-maintained and in a good location. Kitchen was fully stocked. Barbeque was not quite up to par. Nice open floor plan with plenty of space for family gatherings. Bikes were in good condition, however, difficult for smaller-framed women. None for kids. There was only one helmet. Management responded quickly to our minor concerns. We were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful family vacation house!

We loved staying in Cedar Lane 11. It has a great layout with a big open living room/dining room/kitchen. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and it's just a quick 15 minute bike ride into the village. Great central location! Our daughter loved spending time in the hot tub and the back deck was perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings outside. We would definitely recommend this house!
