Villa private pool Jacuzzi in panoramic position. Special offers from May to September

Casale Tarugo Montalto is located in the Pesaro hinterland, about 400 meters above sea level, on a fenced-in 8,000 m² property. The property is surrounded by sun-drenched hills and unspoiled nature.

The house features two separate apartments (Montalto on the first floor and Tarugo on the first floor), each with a private entrance and spread over two floors.

This listing refers to the Tarugo Apartment (on the 1st floor), which sleeps a total of 8 guests.

The Tarugo apartment has 2 bedrooms for up to 8 guests; 2 bathrooms; and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, American-style coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. The washing machine (with an ironing board and iron provided) is located in a storage room adjacent to the kitchen, and there is a spacious living room with a TV featuring satellite channels, a Hi-Fi system, a DVD player, a pool table, darts, a library, a game room, board games, and a small fitness corner.

For those seeking total relaxation, the courtyard features a saltwater pool (measuring approximately 11 x 6 meters, with a depth ranging from 1 meter to 1.55 meters along its entire length), a mini Jacuzzi with a 4- to 6-person whirlpool offering a panoramic view, and a sun shower.

Our guests also have access to a spacious pergola equipped with tables, chairs, a swing, foosball, ping-pong, and a barbecue for unforgettable evenings fit for true gourmets!!

An ideal choice for families with children, couples, and groups of friends.
Plus, four-legged friends are welcome!

From the farmhouse, for example, you can reach the center of Fossombrone (7 km), the beaches along the Fano coast (34 km), and the beauties of the inland region (Urbino 26 km; the Furlo Gorge, 11 km, etc.).

Casale Montalto Tarugo is an ideal place for those who love tranquility, nestled in the quiet of the Pesaro hills, and is therefore a “retreat” perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. However, thanks to its ideal location, it also serves as a strategic base for day trips and excursions throughout the Marche region, as well as to some of the most famous tourist destinations in neighboring Umbria and Tuscany, and for visiting the ancient Republic of San Marino.

Paradise!

The Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It’s set in the beautiful Italian countryside and is completely private with gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub are fantastic- sitting in the tub looking at the hills or stars is magical. The house is well equipped, spacious and with lots to do. The covered patio is perfect for sheltering from the sun and eating meals outside. We would highly recommend. (It is just quite a basic steep road to approach the place, but definitely worth the effort!)

Beautiful farmhouse with spectacular views. We were a bit too early in the season to use the pool but it looked great and very clean. The surrounding area is beautiful with stunning scenery.Sergio was great to deal with. Answered any questions we had very quickly and the property manager, Hans, was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help with anything we needed.Follow the directions sent to you to the letter. The last stretch of road is steep, twisty and not paved.

Dear Tim, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We appreciate you reminding future guests to follow our directions closely. We are thrilled that you enjoyed the farmhouse, the views, and the support from Hans. Regarding the last stretch of road, since we are located in a rural, hilly area, it is a dirt road that we regularly maintain. For practical reasons, it cannot be paved with asphalt because heavy agricultural vehicles and tractors pass through here daily." Unfortunately, the weather was unusually cold during your stay. For future reference, please note that our pool is open for guests from May 1st to September 30th. We look forward to welcoming you back—hopefully with better weather next time so you can fully enjoy both the pool and the whirlpool! Warmest regards from all of us." Sergio

Just wonderful...

We are very grateful that we were able to experience unforgettable moments in the little paradise Sergio has created there. Anna and Claudio were the kindest hosts we could ask for. Everything was perfectly prepared and we weren't missing anything at all. It was a pleasure to explore the surrounding towns when they woke up at 8 p.m. and get to see the stunning landscape around us. We're not exaggurating when saying this is one of the most beautiful places on earth we know and we will definitely come back. Mille grazie di tutto.

Dear Carolin, I thank you for taking your valuable time out to write a very wonderful review about our casale! We are very glad you spent a very good and relaxing holiday and that you liked the house! We want to thank you also for appreciating our attentions about the upkeep of the house: we ascribed great importance to the care of the home down the smallest details. Besides we’re very happy you enjoyed the nature, the sunrise, the sunset on the hills, the pool, the view from the Jacuzzi and the peaceful and relaxing of the place. There are very nice attractions nearby the casale and has an ideal location for exploring the beautiful surroundings, or to go to the seaside. We try to provide homely and friendly atmosphere and particularly attentive to the well-being of guests. It was a great pleasure to having you as our guests and we look forward to your next holiday! You are always welcome! Thank you very much for showing us your confidence by choosing our casale! Vielen Dank an Sie! All the best for you and your families, Sergio

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the peace, privacy, and our fantastic pool with its beautiful views. It is great that the window screens were helpful for your evenings. We completely understand that the steep road can be a bit of a surprise at first, especially coming from the Netherlands, but we are glad you got used to it quickly! Hans and me are be delighted to hear your kind words about hospitality and advice. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future! Sergio
