This property is also conveniently close to a number of popular attractions including Lava River Cave, the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, the High Desert Museum, and the Benham Falls East Trailhead, all within 10 miles of your door. Just 18 miles away, discover all that Mt. Bachelor has to offer, no matter the season!



Inside this beautiful home, you’ll find walls of rich wood, soaring ceilings, and plenty of modern comforts to make your stay here a memorable one. Get a fire crackling away in the spacious main living area while the chef in your group preps everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and an intimate breakfast bar. Gather at the dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, or head out to the back deck and indulge in alfresco dining at the picnic table. Outside is where you'll also find your private, covered hot tub ready to soothe your trail-weary muscles after days of hiking or skiing.

Great House. Would stay again.

Very comfortable and spacious home. Nice hot tub and large driveway for truck and sprinter van. Bikes were nice and rideable. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay for the whole family

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Meadowlark Manor and we’d stay again next time we’re in Sunriver. The house is fully stocked with fans, bikes, a BBQ, lots of towels, and all sorts of kitchen gadgets. A huge perk is the second refrigerator in the garage — so helpful when the house is full. It’s a great location right on the golf course and bike path.

Comfortable house for summer vacation!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids plus a dog and had plenty of space for everyone! The house was well stocked with games, kitchen supplies (even an extra fridge!), and had enough bikes/helmets for 7 riders (plus one child seat). There's a big picnic bench on the patio which was great for eating outside. Would stay here again if we're ever back in Sunriver.

Great Spot, Great Service

10 SHARC passes are a must, and they have em. On the golf course, so plenty of exercise opportunities on paths and late night on the golf course grass (probably not supposed to do that, but I'm sure everybody does). Outside dining table on the porch is really nice. We spent a lot of time out there watching golfers go by. Plenty of Beds, TV and Wifi, etc. Very close to SHARC and the Village (easy bike ride or 30 minute walk), so that works out great for quick trips to the grocery store or coffee hut. Had a really good time with this place.

Will go back to Sunriver, just not back to this house

Overall we had a good time, because we love Sunriver. The home was large with lots of rooms and beds for plenty of people. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you need, although lacked organization to find things very easily and often needed cleaning before use. I would not go back to this property because the home was super dirty and in need of basic maintenance. Old, stained carpet, a gross amount of cobwebs in the rafters of the vaulted living room, visible dirt on some of the walls around the house , screen doors with some kind of food splatter, and bathroom ceilings visibly dirty, hair left on the bathroom floor when we arrived, food stuck on the kitchen floor beneath the cabinets (that a dog of ours found to eat on arrival), back patio screen doors falling off hinge, dog poop in the front yard that was not picked up, some dirty dishes in cabinets, and finally a base board that was falling off with exposed nails. There is no AC, however they did provide lots of fans. The downstairs was able to stay cool as long as we didn’t cook anything in the kitchen, upstairs gets SUPER hot. Finally, and this may be out of the rental’s control, but we had neighbors who had at least 20 people in 1 house with 3 dogs that kept doing their business in our front yard and they would not clean up after them. Super annoying when our kids frequently played out in the yard. Will go back to Sunriver, just not back to this house.
