The Space:

Enjoy the Oregon Coast with ease when you book a stay at this updated Coos Bay home! With two separate living quarters, four bedrooms, and a large backyard, your day-to-day routines will be practiced with ease.



Both of the homes on the property boast comfortable furnishings, smart TVs, and well-equipped kitchens. One of the two homes has a wood stove, ideal for those chillier nights, as well as a private washer/dryer - keeping all of your vacation garb refreshed and ready to go. Unlike some Oregon rentals, this property also has partial air-conditioning, keeping you comfortable during the summer months.



The gas grill and sunny patio lend themself to afternoon cookouts with your loved ones. When you'd prefer to get out and explore all that Coos Bay has to offer, be sure to visit Mingus Park, Coos History Museum, Coos Bay Boardwalk, Egyptian Theatre, and Cape Arago State Park. The city also boasts a great range of eateries, antique stores, and local boutiques.



PLEASE NOTE: This property consists of two separate homes that together offer a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The larger home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the smaller home features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Please note that there is a lot between the two homes, so they are not located directly next to one another.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Great location but check on parking situation before renting.

The homes were nice and in a great spot. Well stocked and bed were comfy. It says no parking but not really sure why... Overall though we enjoyed our stay, thank you.

気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、掲載情報の正確さ
Sarting with check in, the instructions on how to enter the house made no sense and was super confusing so it took 20 minutes upon arrival to even find the second home. Yes, you read that right, the two houses are not right next to each other as assumed based on the description. I brought this up to the host and they said this in return "Hi, thank you for your question. The property consists of two separate living quarters with a total of four bedrooms, but the exact distribution of bedrooms between the two homes is not specified in the details I have. I will check further and get back to you with a clear breakdown as soon as possible". There was also a smell of fish in the house in which we turned on the air conditioner and opened the doors, when I sent a message to the host they replied "Thank you for letting me know. I apologize for the unpleasant smell in the brown house. No worries, I will notify our local team right away to address this issue as soon as possible." This was never addressed but after checking out when they said it was because of "low tide" which it was not because I grew up on the beach and know the difference. The beds all had nasty dust and hair on the frames, the cutting board drawer had crumbs, there was a fingernail under a couch cushion and one of the fold out beds was dirty and stained. Lastly my nephew Tripped and FELL on a loose stair on property A and this issue has still not been resolved after video proof. Not worth the 1000 plus I paid.
