The Space:

This charming condo on Mt Hood is the perfect place for your next vacation! With easy access to ski slopes nearby and a scenic golf course view, up to six travelers will be happy here!



Located on the Three Nines Golf Course in Welches, you'll enjoy discounts on golf, spa treatments, and at the restaurant. A shuttle service will take you to the ski slopes just 13 miles away.



The condo greets you with a bright and inviting feel. The living room has a variety of comfy furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, board games, and a flatscreen TV (cable and WiFi included).



All six guests can eat together at the dining table, and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook whatever you wish. A dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze.



Beyond the sliding glass doors is a covered balcony with a patio table, four chairs, and a view of the lush landscape to enjoy in any weather.



Two bedrooms make this home comfortable for up to six people. The master bedroom features a king bed with a large picture window and a full private bath. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds for young ones, plus a full private bath.

We did not ski, but if we did, the property is about 25 minutes from the slopes. This is one of the few properties where the photos did not the space justice, it's larger and more comfortable than we expercted.The balcony we the true star of this property, large with a world class view of the mountains.

Comfy beds and nice deck! Whole condo needs a refresher/update. It also is very dark inside. It was close to the wedding we attended but would not rent for a vacation.

Lovely Condo

Clean and comfortable Condo with gorgeous views. Location worked for us to ski at Timberline and Tube in Government Camp. Would recommend having measuring cups/spoons available, cooking was a little difficult without them.

The good news, no bed bugs. Most of the house was reasonably clean, but the kitchen was a mess. Dirty utensils, plates, pots & pans. Plates, bowls, etc. - chipped/cracked. Filthy dishtowels & hot pads. Dirty oven & stovetop. The dishwashing detergent was worthless. Terrible selection of knives, utensil, cutlery... The house is cluttered and difficult to use. Would not stay there again.

Home away from home during remodel

We had a couple of challenges. We caught a mouse a night for 6 nights (we bought traps). We could never get the key pad on the door to work. The first few numbers were good but then it would turn red and stop working. We used the key. The condo is lovely and quiet. We are grateful for our stay.

This Misty Ridge #651 was wonderful because there were no stairs to get into the condo, but elevated on the backside for views of the mountains, and the golf course. It was clean, and there was NO noise from anyone from any where around even though we had neighbors. The one surprise was a porta potty in our parking spot, with "caution" tape surrounding it. Workers put it there and VACASA told us we could park in the spot next to the "occupied one." It was the one small blip on an otherwise wonderful time. VACASA did take care of that problem quickly. The furnishings were comfy and had warm tones. It was a bit warm inside, (NO AC) but there were portable fans which were for the living area and the bedroom, which took care of the extra warm afternoon. The location was perfect for golf and close to trails, and the town of Welches. We would certainly stay here again.

Mixed Review

The location was great and the view exquisite. The unit size was spacious and comfortable but it needs some attention. The kitchen is not well stocked; had to buy scissors and food storage containers. There is no cabinet space to store food supplies other than counter tops. Despite continuous adjusting temps, fridge freezes foods and is missing a door shelf. Having a 10-digit combination was ridiculous and caused continuous entry problems. There is no space to store clothes in bedroom 2 - all furniture is filled with unused linens that should be stored elsewhere in the condo. Fans need desperate upgrade for hot summer nights - perhaps add ceiling fans. Shower curtain not tub sized and didn't cover width causing water on the floor, and it dangerously covered the bottom inside of shower when bathing. Cleaning was superficial, not all surfaces dusted, and rings in both toilets had to be cleaned. There is black colored mold on ceiling in master bath that needs remediation.

The perfect spot

We stayed here to use as a base camp to explore the awesomeness of the Hood area. The condo had everything that you could possibly need. Clean, quiet and such an amazing comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place

Needs deep cleaning and repair.

Great location, easy check-in. The interior was dangerous and dirty. We wound up cleaning it ourselves after finding out from the guests who were staying there that they'd found a large sewing needle in the carpeting underneath the kitchen table. As we cleaned it, we found 3 more large sewing-type needles and a medium size screw in the carpeting and on the floor, stains on carpeting and chairs, pots/pans, floors. The recessed light over the shower was literally dangling out of the ceiling, shower head shoots water all over the floor, the light in the kitchen was in-op, and covered in construction plastic to be repaired, everything except the glass top kitchen table had a solid amount of dust. The washer and dryer didn't include any detergent or fabric softener. I reached out to vacasa during the stay, they did ask if we needed to have someone sent over regarding the light fixture in b/room, by the time they responded we'd already repositioned the light when we cleaned the condo. I understand that a majority businesses are short-staffed and that covid has been a game changer. My recommendation for the safety, enjoyment and comfort of future renters is for the property manager to pause the rental of this property until it has been cleaned and repairs are made.

Roomy, clean, and a great view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in this condo. Comfortable and roomy, it's nice to see touches of the owner's taste throughout the home. It would have been easy to share this with another couple, but luckily we had it to ourselves. The kitchen comes equipped with all the basic items necessary for preparing meals. The balcony was very lovely to drink my morning tea on, and to have dinner. The view was VERY amazing, even on rainy/misty mornings! My only critiques (and they are minor) are 1. the master shower was a tad tight for larger people like us, 2 the quality of the tv was pretty low, and we were watching Olympics off and on so for once the tv mattered, and 3. the living room sofas, while very roomy, do allow you to sink pretty far in, so not the most comfortable ever. Please note, these are very minor critiques; overall, we found the condo to be very nice and would stay there again.

The view from that balcony is unbeatable. The home itself is comfortable and convenient to anything you might want to do in Welches. We absolutely loved our stay, and plan to come back!
