The Space:

Enjoy your next Oregon Coast adventure at this recently remodeled vacation rental located in the desirable Nye Beach neighborhood in Newport. This home has a bright and open layout brimming with comfortable furnishings throughout. The full kitchen is equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances, and in the living area, you can enjoy the flatscreen TV, warming gas fireplace, and sound system.



What's nearby:

Head over to the Nye Beach Turnaround to access the beach which is less than a half-mile from this house. There are numerous dining options in the Nye Beach area, most within walking distance. Additional restaurants can be found on Highway 101 just a short drive to the east where you will also find major shopping and necessities. Or drive down to the Embarcadero, about a mile-and-a-half southeast, where you will find even more restaurants, stores, and local attractions to explore. Or cross the historic Yaquina Bay Bridge to visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium.

Super cute house to stay at. My colleagues and I stayed here for our annual convention and it was really nice to be in close proximity to where the convention was being held at. The hosts management company was very good at getting back to me in a timely manner, would definitely stay here again.

Great home right by the beach! Cozy and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen- has everything you need and more! The location is fantastic- walking distance to downtown area and Nye Beach. Highly recommend

We have zero complaints about our stay at this home. Great location. Short walk to Nye Beach. Wonderful partial views, plenty of room for the 6 of us. The house was a bit stuffy once we arrived but after opening some windows, it cooled off quickly. We would be happy to come back and stay here again!

Clean and comfortable. Garage is suited toward a motorcycle as opposed to a car, but parking wasn't an issue. Good location.

The property was nice. There is no yard, but a nice grassy area just down the road. Would recommend. Would stay again.

I wish it was closer to the beach access, but it was a very roomie and clean house. We did not have the Wi-Fi password. It was not communicated to us so fortunately someone answered the phone number we called. We were told to check in with the pads on the post, but actually there was a door code thing right on the door. So that was a little confusing because I told us something different than actual actuality.
