The Space:

Slip into the Edisto way of life during your vacation at Sand Quarters! This adorable cottage is centrally located on quiet Edings Street, far away from what ails you. And if spending time at the beach is on your agenda, you'll have easy access from Point Street only a block and a half from your front door.



Plan to spend your days in the sun and treasure your evenings in the peace and quiet of your screened porch. This private setting is fantastic for sharing laughter, playing games, and enjoying a family meal. A large outdoor table and plenty of chairs will allow everyone to gather as the day fades into evening. And comfortable bed arrangements will have you counting pelicans instead of sheep as you rest easy waiting for the next day of fun to arrive. Get used to living life carefree during your vacation at Sand Quarters!

The property is a short walk to the beach. The interior was clean and everything was functioning properly, but we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the home. The appliances are old, and some of the mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were tiny given the number of people the house can sleep. Everything inside could really use a refresh. We were expecting a much nicer experience given the rates being charged for this property.

We greatly enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Home was spacious and well decorated with plenty of seating and lap blankets for relaxing. Enjoyed fully furnished kitchen! Easy walk to the beach!

Great vacation spot

Everything was great. Only issue is that they only left 1 trash bag for the whole time we were there which obviously wasn’t enough so I had to go buy more but other than that everything was great.

Peaceful piece of paradise

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Sand Quarters immensely. It’s located on a quiet side street with an easy walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. The screened porch with the porch swing facing the ocean was our favorite feature. We will definitely stay there again.

Sand Quarters is a great Edisto shabby chic beach house. The Vacasa amenities were great, too (linens and towels, cleaning service). We found evrrything pretty clean. The kitchen was well stocked for family dinner.

We had a great vacation at Sand Quarters in Edisto Beach. The house is in a good location close to the water and was very clean upon arrival. It was well stocked with dishes and all the necessities for our stay. We especially appreciated the already made beds with linens and towels. Checking in and out was a breeze.
