気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケー ション、掲載情報の正確さ
I usually don't write reviews but this place is a TOTAL VACATION NIGHTMARE.
1. The contact person DID NOT KNOCK THE DOOR and ENTERED our apt. After we said NO, he still was trying to enter.
2. Due to language barrier, the checkin process was extremely frustrating.
3. the sound insolation is almost none-existent, especially after we communicated to the contact person yet the building entrance door especially shakes our bedroom every time when someone's using it. WE DIDNT REST WELL AT ALL.
4. WIFI was down for the first day and night, after one attempt of reaching out to the contact person and he said its all fixed.
5. There is NO detergent provided which does not make any sense when they have dishwasher and all other cleaning detergent provided in the apt.
