Perfect location for a family stay

Lots of room for everyone. We travelled with our two adult children and their partners. Kitchen was very well sorted out, property is close to everything - beaches in easy distance, great restaurants all around. We loved our stay.

Nice property but outdated bathrooms

Refrigerator didn’t work

We loved the location to the pool and beach, place itself and amount of space. I was VERY frustrated and unhappy with the lack of communication from Vacasa regarding the broken refrigerator. We went all week without a working refrigerator and freezer. All of our food was ruined. We were given a “mini fridge on Thursday” when we were leaving Saturday morning.

We apologize for the trouble you had with the broken refrigerator and the frustration caused by the lack of communication. We understand how upsetting it must have been to deal with spoiled food. A member of our local team noticed that the refrigerator had a sealed system issue, likely from low refrigerant, which unfortunately can’t be repaired economically. Thus, they placed a new refrigerator and issued compensation for the inconvenience. We regret that we didn’t fully meet your expectations this time. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and provide a much better experience in the future.

The condo was very much as pictured on the website. Very spacious and the layout was well thought out, We have been to Palmetto Dunes several times and this is the best location-close to everything especially the tennis and pickleball courts. The condo was very clean and quiet at night. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We loved the home! Everything we needed was close by. The beach was great! Nice sand. My husband loved the bike rentals. It was nice to sit on the deck and watch the golfers or play cards. It was a very relaxing vacation!

Easy access to pool, beach and tennis courts. The villa was well stocked for cooking and beach. It has a great view of the golf course’s 18th hole. The upstairs bedrooms did not cool sufficiently-not sure why.

Enjoyed our stay!

This rating should likely be 4.5 stars if that was an option. Nicely decorated unit, comfortable beds, clean and generally well-stocked kitchen. Furniture is starting to show some age but comfortable. Some basics were missing but not sure if that was Covid related -no salt & pepper shakers, no coffee filters, mini roll of paper towels. At least let us know what to expect before arriving. Vacasa was a nightmare to deal with and if I returned to this resort I would avoid them at all costs.

Perfect get away!

We loved this home. It was stocked with all the supplies we needed and was very warm and welcoming. The walk to the beach was short with parking available as well. We loved the peaceful view of the golf course out the back window.
