Enjoy sun-kissed mornings on the private deck at this recently refreshed and restyled condo under new ownership. It’s the perfect home base for your island getaway. The beach is a short walk away, and on-site amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. When it’s time to explore, all the shops, restaurants, and amenities of the Coligny Plaza area are around three miles away.



Ride bikes on the network of trails. Inside the condo, find a living area featuring a Smart TV. The modern kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals. Designed with your comfort in mind, this villa offers a master bedroom featuring a king bed, television, and a private bathroom with double sinks. The villa was comfortable, a beautiful location and the host, Vacasa was professional and communicative. Super easy check in, and out. We hope to stay again!

I really liked the unit. But the thermostat was super annoying. Plus I'm mystified as to why someone would need a smart toaster, or coffee pot for that matter. Excellent value, location and layout though. Living room furniture a bit uncomfortable as well.

Excellent property!

Nice two bedroom condo located in shipyard. We enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities provided by the owner. Short drive to the beach. Clean condo and comfortable furniture.

Very nice home and location.

Owners supplied everything needed and more, movies, puzzles, pool toys and everything needed for cooking. We loved the pool and hot tub! Bring washcloths (Vacassa only supplied one per person for the week), dishsoap, paper towels and you are all set. Hopefully someone will get the dryer fixed as it either does not heat or overheats with strong electrical smell. The patio could use a little TLC, but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Relaxing

The villa was very comfortable and quiet. Short distance to the pool. The kitchen was well furnished. Everything was easily accessible. A few instructions may have been helpful. Did not know how to adjust thermostat. It got a little muggy certain days. Through trial and error we figured out how to work the thermostat. But at first we turned on the heat and it was already too warm. I have no complaints.

Great location, but needs TLC and very noisy

Great location, comfy furniture. BUT Master closet made all my clothes smell extremely musty. Owner had a broken screen, bed frame, shower chair and a board with nails in it on the front porch! Rust on fridge and old cabinets could have used some shelf paper! Heard people (other owners) upstairs walking and banging doors at all hours of the night. Never quiet and never a good nights sleep. Would stay in Colannade again but not this unit.

While we are glad to know you enjoyed the location of our home please know we are working with the homeowner to remove any extra items from the patio as well as adding shelf paper for the cabinets. Great Stay at a Beautiful Home!

My grandmother and I stayed at this property during our family vacation! It was clean and comfortable and such a nice place to come home to after a long day at the beach! The pool and hot tub area were great!

Comfortable

If you want clean, comfortable and pet friendly, this is the place for you. Our stay was nice. It was a little disconcerting that we arrived to a large hole in the ceiling of the bathroom and 2nd bedroom closet from a leak in the above condo. We were not notified prior to our arrival, but property management assured us the leak was fixed and they were waiting on drywall repair. Still a little advanced notice would have been nice. Overall a comfortable get-away. If you want to lose the crowds take a trip to Daufuskie Island. Not many people and just peaceful!

Great place on Hilton Head

This is a great spot for a vacation rental and very pet friendly. We were able to walk to the beach and checkin was very easy. Worked great for our weekend getaway!

This condo is spacious and well-equipped. The location is perfect for walking and biking around the island. While clear that every effort was made to minimize evidence of pet presence, this property would not be a good choice for persons with pet allergies or offended by pet odors.

Great location and nice place, but not clean

Great location and nice place, but not clean. The condo is dog friendly and when I sat down on the sofa, I was covered with dog hair. Dining room cushion seats are stained and crusty, bedsheets were absolutely dirty with dozens of human and dog hairs. Bathrooms had human hairs on the counter. For one of the bedrooms we had a replacement comforter because the comforter we had had crusty dirty spots. The other comforter had the same issue and one comforter replacement and one blanket later, both of which had hair and crusty dirty spots, we finally found a blanket that was clean. These were not stains, you could feel the dirt to the touch. Also, the owner did not respond to multiple messages in the two days prior to our stay. Once on site, VaCasa was responsive. Other than the cleanliness of the furniture, the condo is nice and spacious, it’s a great location, neighbors were nice, and we had a fun time.

Clean, cute, and affordable

147 Colonade Club was conveniently located and a wonderful place for our family to spend quality vacation time together. My family loves to ride bikes everywhere and this unit was a nice bike ride away from the beach, the clubhouse, shopping at Coligny, and a great mini golf course! We ride bikes to and from everyday! Our little dog enjoyed her stay too especially the little toys left in the basket. It was a great vacation for us!
