Overall, the unit was perfect! The owner was very accessible communicating almost daily. The one aspect of the trip I didn’t rate as excellent was the check in process. Through no fault of the owner, the unit addressing system could best be described as nearly random. There was no way to determine where the unit was by the unit number - not the building nor the floor. It wasn’t even clear the direction to walk after finally reaching the correct building and floor. Again, this didn’t detract from the beauty of the area, the grounds, nor the unit itself. The owner agrees a better set of instructions will be added to check in instructions in the future. Thanks again for sharing this lovely home!

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the unit, the beautiful area, and the attentive communication from the owner. We sincerely appreciate your comments about the check-in process. We understand how confusing the building and unit layout can be, and we’ll work on making the directions clearer and easier to follow for future guests. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope to welcome you back!

Perfect views!

This is a beautifully updated condo directly on the sound. We saw dolphins daily and the sunsets were incredible. It’s an easy walk to the shops at South Beach and the Salty Dog. We would absolutely stay here again.
