The adjacent kitchen has every essential appliance (from a French door refrigerator to a dishwasher), a pass-through window to the dining room, and a laundry closet with a washer/dryer. Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
