The Space:

Sunkissed skin and salty air await you at this Hilton Head Island retreat. Sporting a full kitchen with modern appliances, a large living area with a flat-screen TV, and a private deck surrounded by greenery, this home is ideal for up to six guests to spread out and enjoy some much-needed relaxation. Take a walk through the quiet streets of the neighborhood in the morning as you sip a cup of coffee. As everyone begins to wake up, whip up a lovely breakfast for the whole group and set out for a day by the pool, an afternoon on the beach, or a round of 18 holes at the local golf course! When everyone meets back at home, the private grill is ready to be fired up, so throw on a few burgers and watch the sun go down.



What's nearby:

There is no shortage of activities to explore right outside your front door! Just a short stroll away is George Fazio Golf Course with challenging fairways and lush greens. For a unique view of the island, rent a few bicycles and take a ride on the miles of bike paths that run along the coastline. The nearest beach, Shipyard Beach, is a scenic four and a half mile drive where you can pack a picnic and spend a day getting your tan on! Go just a bit farther and you will find Coligny Beach Plaza with beach equipment rentals, local cuisine, and shopping galore!

Great Stay in HHI

This is a great location in Palmetto Dunes. The house is a little dated, but overall very clean with great amenities and proximity to everything in PD. We would definitely stay here again!

Last minute trip

Overall a very good experience. The condo was nice and roomy. The property is beautiful. It's about a 3 mile drive to get out of the resort and back to the main road but it is very peaceful and right next to the pool. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and really,Ike Turnberry Village. Plenty of space and nice kitchen. Comfortable master bedroom with new carpets. Would suggest replacing the dishwasher, the inside is rusted. Refrigerator and washer dryer are all nice and new. When we first arrived the water had a strong swampy odor. After running the hot water for a while, that was fine and Vacasa was quick to respond to our inquiries but a post by another homeowner helped us to know what to do. I hesitated to say the negatives, but wanted to make others and the owners aware of a couple of things that would improve what was overall a wonderful experience.

Great stay at this place. The townhouse is clean and perfect for a family. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. The pool is just right around the corner and the balcony feels private. The walk to the beach is also very doable. Overall great! Keep in mind you’ll need to bring your own beach towels, even though beach chairs are provided. Also, if you’re planning on cooking at home, you’ll need to bring oil as they have salt and pepper in the cabinets. Also, I REALLY appreciated that the welcome package had a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent packets. Great, stay, I would highly recommend.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenien

The unit was a great place to stay. Furnishings are nice and the condo was clean. The kitchen had all that we needed. Liked the Turnberry area--but it's a little too far to walk to the beach. The master bedroom is great with a very comfortable bed, but it is time for new mattresses in the second bedroom. Overall it was a good experience and we would return to this condo again in the future.

Good Spot for Quick Get Away

Overall this condo worked great for us. It was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was adequate except that ice maker and water did not work on refrigerator. But otherwise the kitchen was fairly well equipped. Hair dryer in upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was comfortable. Location was great.

A bit crowded

The pictures that are online are all correct and most areas it is beautifully renovated but you will notice that they don’t show the bathrooms because both tubs could use a renovation even a walk-in shower would be nice for older people. It was really crowded which made for some late night noise and the pool was really crowded. Maybe September would be a better time to visit!

Recent June 2022 visit

We have stayed at this Turnberry unit four out of the last five years. We like the location but disappointed with the upkeep. Inside doors do not close properly, slats missing from window coverings, pull cord on sliding door covering broken and furniture looking older and older. It’s a solid unit…..just needs some TLC and a refresh!

Nice for a short visit

On on the hole the unit was nice; a bit outdated but fine for a short visit. My overall feedback would be that someone or a few folks from Vacasa should actually stay in the unit and take it all in. We were surprised that there weren’t any hangers in any of the closets; had we been there for a wedding or work function; we would have been a bit more concerned. There weren’t any ceiling fans in the bedrooms - we made good use of the one floor fan provided…and no instructions available to the visitors on how to get to the beach. I ended up googling how to get to the beach from the unit using Trip Advisor….Having hints available on how to get to the beach and closest way to the pool would be convenient.

Additionally, a binder with maps and other important information is now included in our home. They will also bring your suggestion to add ceiling fans to the homeowner for consideration. Nice townhome/condo

This townhome is in a great location in Palmetto Dunes with good bike paths. It is laid out very nicely, and kitchen was well stocked. For our purposes it worked great! I think 4-5 people could stay there very comfortably (we only had 2). It needs a little updating/cleaning. Comforter was stained and there were places that needed more cleaning or fresh paint. But it was good and I would stay there again. It was a quiet complex and we enjoyed the location.

The villa location is perfect for all activities. The beds are reasonably comfortable. The heat/cool system appears to be relatively new. However, this unit needs updated amenities if it is to compete for the rental dollars it is commanding; Specifically: New furniture Upgraded entertainment New outdoor grill New window treatments and coverings New paint
