The Space:

Start your day with breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of Ocean One 215. The unit is conveniently located a few steps from the elevator. This beautifully renovated condo offers panoramic, oceanfront views and access to the complex pool and grilling area. Step inside and feel instantly at home with the modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. After a day of beach fun, unwind in the cozy living room complete with large sofa bed, TV and access to the furnished balcony.



Forest Beach is located at the island's south end and is one of the original Hilton Head Beach communities. This area boasts long stretches of beautiful beach and miles of bike paths to make peddling or walking from place to place a breeze! Within walking distance, enjoy dining, shopping, and live entertainment along Pope Avenue and at Coligny Plaza, which is considered the heart of Forest Beach.

Perfect getaway

The condo was perfect in every way. The unit was very comfortable and clean. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Beach’s shops and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again.

Ideal condo

Condo is very clean, ideally located and had everything you needed for a vacation. Bathroom needs updated, but suits your needs just fine. There were LOTS of kids there and families, but definitely manageable. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectations!

First impressions: very short walk from car to condo to pool and beach, so much space, clean, lots of storage. This location was absolutely perfect with nice amenities, an ocean view, and short walk to Coligny. I cooked several meals and was pleased to find sharp knives and quality pots and pans. Will 100% consider this location again.

Beautiful location with quaint beach

Beautiful location and easy access to the beach and The necessities . Our vacation was in the winter but it was a lovely reprieve from our busy lives. The beach did not disappoint, even in the cooler weather, especially when there was not a lot of traffic. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The balcony gave breathtaking views of the sunrise and ocean and the city was filled with close restaurants and things to do.

May Trip to HHI

We ended up at this condo midway through our trip because of some problems at the place we were originally staying. They were in the middle of renovations. Vacassa did a wonderful job of getting us moved to a new location. Despite the renovations the view was so amazing. The grounds were beautiful. One morning we saw deer grazing. Once the renovations are done this will be a hidden gem.

Condo was conveniently located next to the ocean. Nice view from balcony! However, communication with the management company was dreadful. You have AI replying to you, not an actual human being. Basic supplies were limited in the room. Make sure to buy extra toilet paper because they only provide two rolls. Kind of pathetic for the amount spent on a week’s stay. Umbrella and beach chairs that were provided were all broken. Bathroom plumbing would make a loud strange sound when we used.

Ocean One

Outstanding property. We have spent winters in Hilton Head for 20 years, often at Ocean One complex. This property was the best property we have rented, as it was well furnished and well stocked. Only have 2 issues with this property: the carpet needs cleaning and the screen door is very difficult to open and close. Property manager (Vacasa)was not responsive to our calls regarding south elevator not working, pool not available, work being done on outside of building

Needs a few updates

The condo itself was not bad, however it is in desperate need of a new carpeting and a mattress in the master bedroom. Also was disappointed that we were not forwarded about the extent of on site construction going on. While it didn't ruin our stay it would have been nice to know as several of the condos were directly impacted.

Bad experience

The day I was to check in I got a call around 1030 and the property would not be ready. I was told there was water damage and the unit would not be ready until Wednesday. I was offered two properties that weren’t close to my original reservation. I originally had a ocean front and ocean view unit. Both properties offered to didn’t have either. They told me if I did not take either of the two options I had to cancel my reservation until the unit was ready on Wednesday. I did cancel the reservation until Wednesday but the hotel I had to end up getting cost me addition $440 dollars. I asked Vacasa if they could have the unit ready early on Wednesday because I had to check out of the hotel at 11. The unit wasn’t ready until 330 and I do not believe there is ever any water damage with the unit. I know some of the people that live in Ocean one and none of them heard anything about any water damage. It was an overall bad experience dealing with Vacasa, and I hope there can be something done about this.

Nice and clean with a great location

This property is in a great location. It is walking distance to shopping, grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. It’s very clean and we really enjoyed the porch area overlooking the pool. This property has parking lot security making sure no one is on the property that doesn’t belong and feels very safe. I would definitely stay here again.
