This beautiful 2-story villa is a gem surrounded by scenic landscapes, located in the exclusive gated community of Portobello in Mangaratiba, just 1h30 away from Rio de Janeiro by car. The 800 m2 house was built and decorated by renowned architects and interior designers, who created a stylish and tasteful environment, full of comfort and exclusivity. The villa has very open spaces that allow you to see all the way through to the pool from the entrance, giving a feeling of spaciousness.

The villa has very open spaces that allow you to see all the way through to the pool from the entrance, giving a feeling of spaciousness.

There are many different locations throughout the villa for you and your group to relax and enjoy quality moments with your close ones. From the swimming pool, the outdoor bar to the games room in the basement, everyone can find fun things to do. Additionally, the villa's pier allows you to access the gated community's canal and then sea via yacht, which you can rent at additional costs.

The villa's kitchen is large, and fully equipped, with 2 refrigerators and all the appliances needed to prepare delicious local and international meals.

In total there are 7 suites with various bedding arrangements for your group to be accommodated based on your needs:

First floor with:
1 suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, with alfresco shower
4 Canadian suites with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together into double beds.

Second floor with:
1 suite with queen bed
1 Master suite with sofa, TV, king size bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony with view on the pool area

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 250 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 250 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 400 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
