Equipped with Mediterranean furniture, provided with contemporary communication technology (Internet - TV) and all useful facilities (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer), which you need for a comfortable vacation, the apartment awaits you at a distance of a stone's throw from the beach in an atmosphere that will give you unforgettable moments for the most beautiful time of the year. The terrace - furnished with lounge chairs, sunbeds and dining group -opens to the sun-drenched park with palm trees, pine trees and flowerbeds. Enjoy the sound of the sea and the scent of flowers. Your garden area directly borders one of the most beautiful beaches in Marbella.

If you don't want to just enjoy the sun on your own terrace, you'll find a variety of sunbathing spots right by the sea - from screened sun loungers to catered day beds, you'll be spoilt for choice. Situated in Elviria, a residential neighbourhood of Marbella, only about 15 minutes by car from Marbella's old town with its legendary flair and about 30 minutes from Malaga airport, you will find three excellent beach restaurants - the typical Spanish Chiringuitos - with excellent cuisine within a radius of about 500 m, as well as further gastronomic offers in Elviria center - from cafés and typical cuisine to sushi, Indian and gourmet outlets.

In 5 minutes by car, which you can park in the apartment's own underground parking lot (25 steps from the apartment`s front door), you can reach the commercial center of Elviria. There you find a picturesque square with old cork oak trees, surrounded by well-stocked supermarkets, a delicatessen and catering store, charming boutiques, bank branches, surgeries and service offices.

The White Pearl Beach apartment complex, with its decidedly private character, of course "gated" and connected to 24-hour security, enjoys an outstanding reputation in Marbella. It is based - apart from the "1 a - location"- in the elegant, finely structured architecture, the generous pool area, which is accompanied in the season during the day by a lifeguard, the very well maintained park and - last not least - the people who live there permanently or for months or - like you - are guests from time to time.
