This beautiful 1 bedroom house is located in the area of Costabella, 60 meters from one of the best beaches in Marbella, close to several golf courses and a few minutes drive to Marbella centre. The charming home is 40 sqm built on a single level, with a private garden and pool on a plot of 300 meters, all fully gated and with a private parking space. We offer wifi, all basic amenities and a cot upon request. There is AC available in the bedroom and living room.
Costabella is one of Marbella`s most sought after residential areas. It is about 10 minutes driving from the centre of Marbella and approx. 40 minutes drive from the international airport of Malaga. The area offers beautiful sandy beaches and lovely beach bars and restaurants all along the coast. It is family orientated, safe and offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Within 15 minute walking distance of the villa there are several restaurants, 3 supermarkets, a vet and a beauty salon. Nearby you will also find water parks, a zipline tree adventure park, and numerous water sport options.

We love our home and want to ensure you do as well! We speak English, Spanish and German and will be happy to assist you with anything you need.

Please note that the gardener and pool staff will come and attend to the house on a schedule once a week. We will inform you ahead and can be flexible if you rather they attend at a different time during your stay.

Perfect romantic get-away. My husband and I spent the month of November here and very much loved the ambiance. The location was great for long walks on the beach and the hosts, Daniel and Natalia were very welcoming, with lots of tips for beach bars and restaurants.

Thank you for having us at your beautiful hut. It was such a perfect location and we really could not have asked for a better host who gave us some helpful recommendations before and ensured our stay was comfortable. The hut itself was lovely and modern with a lovely indoor and outdoor area.

Fantastic!

Beautiful home, everything you need is there. Pool and patio area is beautiful. Excellent communication with Daniel, very helpful and polite. We enjoyed our time there a lot and will definitely be back, 2 minutes walk to the the beautiful beach and Luuma restaurant which we recommend.

Daniel is a very attentive, thorough and knowledgable host! He welcomed us with helpful information and answered all our questions. The beach house was the ideal property for the three of us (my sister, my daughter, and me). We could walk about two minutes to the beach and there were several restaurants on the beach nearby. Grocery store nearby which was about a 10-15 minute walk. Quiet neighbourhood, private location, safe and secure. Highly recommend!

Great little house near beach

We had such a great vacation. Daniel was so kind and helpful. If anything needed we could always write him and he always answers. The house was super nice and it took less than 2 minutes to the beach. The kitchen missing a bit for cooking and serving. But it is all quiet new and we could just ask and then Daniel came. The beach and sea was so good. Clear water and lovely beach. The restaurant Luuma near the beach was exceptional great. Hope to come back one day

Fabulous Villa,prefect family holiday

From the day we arrived at the stunning Villa ,we where greeted by Natalias parent who are so welcoming and helpful they took us to the supermarket on 2 occasions provied us with their homr grown tomatoes which are delicious.. the location of the villa is perfect so.close to the beach and many beach bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back again

A fantastic place to stay, with a beautiful private Spa like feel to the pool area and surrounding patio, ambient lighting at night displays how tranquil the outside can feel too. It's a great location and 2 min walk to the beach, where there are plenty of lovely restaurants to spend the days and evenings...last but not least are the brilliant hosts Daniel and Nat, who made my stay extra special with their quick and helpful information on the area and their wonderful and kind hospitality, a fantastic stay and one I will remember for a long time,...missing it already and hoping to go back soon!! :-)

Wonderful COVID hideout

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maria. Given the current rise of COVID 19 we were worried about our holiday in Spain but the garden is so spacious that we spend most of our time at the pool, the private playground and in the gardens. We will come back to explore the beautiful surroundings when this is over. Thank you Carmen and Juan for the lovely check In, home made honey and fruits from your garden!!!

Perfect place for a couples stay!The villa was imaculate and had everything you need, loads of towels for shower and pool. Air con in the bed room and living area is a god send and the bedroom blinds/curtains were very thick which allowed plenty of lie ins Replies from the host were fast and he was very helpful. We were given the option of having someone meet us to show us around or using the key box which is what we went for and was perfect as then there was no pressure to be there at a certain time. Wi-fi speed is very fast. There are loads of beach bars/resteraunts a short walk away. The ones on the beach are touristy, if you want a more authentic tapas walk up to the main road, over the foot bridge and through the tenis club to Tapeo El Rosario. Another favorite is El Patio Bistro which is the villa side of the main road. The buses are easy into Marbella and are so cheap and run late into the evening.Would highly reccomend and am sad to be home!

Het is een beachhouse waar je in alle rust heerlijk kan genieten en echt fijne momenten kan creeren samen. Vooral met alle leuke zitplekjes rondom het huis. Alles is netjes en er is echt overal aan gedacht! De afstand naar het strand maakt het verschil, 2 a 3 minuten wandelen en je bent er al! Kortom, een echte aanrader!

Where to begin?! Communication from Daniel was excellent before arrival, upon arrival, during and at check out. We hired a car and found the villa easily.The villa was even better than the photos! Spotless and beautiful. The waterfall in the pool was a nice touch. We all agreed we had never spent so much time in accommodation abroad. We were provided with brand new beach towels (recommend washing before as bits get on your skin) which was so generous. The area was PERFECT, not just for 4 women but would also be perfect for couples and families. The beach was a 2 minute walk away, as were the beach clubs and restaurants. The most perfect villa. Thank you for an unforgettable trip.

Relaxing holiday in turbulent (Covid) times

We had a great two weeks in Costabella. Natalia and her parents are great hosts, they made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The villa is specious and has everything you may need for a perfect stay. The garden is big and gave us privacy we wanted. The pool is perfect as well. All of this is just a 2 minutes (!!!) walk to the beautiful beach. The bars, restaurants and shops are also in close vicinity. All in all, perfect stay! Thank you, Natalia, Carmen & Juan ;) !

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in dieser Villa verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und besonders der Garten sind sehr empfehlenswert! Jede Ecke des Gartens lädt zum Entspannen ein, das Grundstück ist komplett bewachsen und uneinsehbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und fürsorglich!! Vielen Dank dafür!

Our wonderful stay

We loved this property. We were met by Carmen who was charming and very helpful. She showed us the house and answered all of our questions. Natalia was not present but all of our communications with her were seamless and very prompt. The house is in a really quiet neighbourhood. It was really clean with a huge well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent. The garden is very exotic and the pool is wonderful and very clean. The local supermarket is just minutes away as are some really good restaurants. We really enjoyed the Copacabana restaurant which is a 5 minute walk away and right on the beach. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded. It’s perfect for evening sunset walks. If you have not been there before the towns of Mijas and Ronda are stunning and a must see. Thanks Natalia. We will be back as there is still much more for us to see

Fabulous stay with friends

From the moment we arrived at the airport Natalia and her father were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa is superb. Beautifully established garden and pool area. The villa has a real homely feel. Spotless on arrival and well maintained throughout. The beach is literally a stones throw away, with some lovely restaurants and bars on it. Away from the hustle and bustle of Marbella but close enough to visit. Thank you for a fantastic holiday and service!
