You may occasionally see or pass others in the shared rooftop areas outside of your private hot tub space.

No parties — zero exceptions. Unauthorized gatherings result in immediate reservation termination, same-day eviction, and no refund. Additional cleaning and damage fees apply.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Decibel monitors in use outdoors (audio not recorded). Excessive noise = $500 fine.

No smoking indoors — $500 fine. Smoking permitted outside only.

No pets

No unauthorized guests

No confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or loose small-particle decorations

$250 cleanliness fee for violations.

✅ Shower with soap before entering

✅ Beach towels only — no bath towels

✅ Max 7 guests

✅ Cover the tub after every use

✅ Turn off jets after use — do NOT turn off the tub itself

✅ Keep temperature at 100°F when not in use

🚫 No food or drink inside the tub

🚫 No glass near the tub

🚫 No diving or jumping

🚫 No unsupervised children

🚫 No smoking in or near the tub

🚫 No pets in the tub

🚫 Do not add chemicals, oils, bath products, or scents without HomeHop approval. Unauthorized chemical use may result in additional maintenance charges.

📋 Checkout: An optional short checklist is left for guests — not mandatory, but appreciated.

📌 A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver covering accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
