Centrally located for hikes and excursions to the sights of the Berchtesgadener Land, the Chiemgau, and the Salzburg region.
This comfortable and cozy attic vacation apartment measures 28 m², accommodates 2 people, and is located on the 2nd floor of our house.
The apartment features: a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed, a kitchenette (2-burner stove, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, oven), a dining area, a couch, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom (shower/toilet), and a balcony.

A parking space is available right at the house.
Our house is located in a quiet, central valley setting, about 15 minutes from the town center (famous church). Restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, the Bergkurgarten, and a bus stop are all within a few minutes’ walk. The hiking trail toward Hintersee, Wimbachtal, and the Watzmann begins right behind the house. In winter, you’ll find an ideal family ski area at Hochschwarzeck.
