Our tiny house on wheels is located right on the shore of the picturesque Lake Gilwa in the Warmia region, offering a quiet escape from everyday life and a chance to fully enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
One of the greatest highlights of the house is the stunning view of the lake and the nearby forest. You can enjoy it from almost every corner of the interior – from the bedroom to the kitchen and the living area. The spacious terrace is another perfect place to relax, equipped with a large table, chairs and comfortable sun loungers. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, relaxed breakfasts, or long evening conversations while watching the sunset.
Partly surrounded by reeds, the terrace also features a hot tub with hydromassage. On cooler evenings it’s perfect for warming up, while during hot summer days it offers a refreshing place to cool down – all with a beautiful view of the lake and forest.
For guests who enjoy water activities, the house also includes a Balinese-style outdoor shower and a Stand Up Paddle board available free of charge. In the nearby area you can also rent kayaks, pedal boats and small boats. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the lake as well – Lake Gilwa is known for its population of vendace.
Those who prefer a slower pace can relax in a hammock among the trees or simply sit on the terrace and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The area is also great for forest walks – especially in autumn when mushrooms can be found in abundance – and for exploring the region on one of the many cycling routes nearby.
Mini Lake House is designed for comfortable stays in every season. While the house embraces a minimalist concept, it is fully equipped with modern comforts such as air conditioning and heating. Inside you’ll also find a full bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, coffee machine, large refrigerator and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare your own meals. There is also a grill outside, perfect for enjoying meals with friends in the fresh air.

The Space:
Mini Lake House is a cozy tiny house located right by Lake Giłwa, offering beautiful views of the lake and surrounding forest. The house features a double sofa bed and a queen bed on the loft, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, with heating and air conditioning ensuring comfort all year round. The house also includes a spacious terrace with loungers and a hot tub.
Guests have full access to the entire house, including a private entrance. Parking is available on the property, although the area is not fenced. The private terrace features a grill for guest use. If conditions allow, guests are welcome to light the grill using charcoal or briquettes (please provide your own). The grill must be used only in the designated area and cannot be left unattended, including overnight.
Guests also have access to a private hot tub and an outdoor area. A free Stand Up Paddle board is available. Children’s toys, coloring supplies, and balls are stored under the stairs. Older children may use the hot tub and SUP only under parental supervision.
The Neighborhood:
The house is situated on the edge of a forest, just a minute’s walk from a lake beach with two piers (please avoid the pier directly by the house, it is not safe for use). The area is rich in lakes and forests, ideal for cycling, walking, fishing, or simply enjoying nature. Local bars and eateries are just a short walk away for seasonal meals.
The area is best explored on foot, by bike, or by water. Bring your own bicycle to enjoy scenic cycling routes through forests and along lakes. Canoes, boats, and pedal boats can be rented nearby at Letnisko Zalesie. The tiny house serves as a convenient base for exploring the region.
Other Things to Note:
Fishing enthusiasts are welcome to bring their equipment for Lake Giłwa. Books are available inside the house. SUP boards and hot tub usage are free, but children must be supervised. No meals are provided at the house, but a seasonal bar serving lunch and fast food is a two-minute walk away.
