Location
Rosolina Mare. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella has various types of accommodation: small flats, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, large villas with swimming pool. They are located in the tourist centre. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can opt for a relaxing holiday or devote yourself to your favourite sport.

The hotel is located in the Po Delta Nature Park and connected to the mainland by a bridge; the island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares are covered by Mediterranean maquis, with 2 million trees of 150 different species, for example maritime pine and poplar, also called “Populus alba”, from which the island takes its name.

Here fallow deer, pheasants, hares, deer, hawks, herons and Italian waders find their natural habitat. The entire island (100%) and all bodies of water are under strict protection. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the street in front of the house and a car park in the town. Parking for one car near the house, parking for the second car in the assigned car park (distance 800 m).

Die Schwimmbadanlage im Sportzentrum (1 Olympiabecken, 1 Kinderbecken, 2 Kleinbecken) ist nutzbar, geöffnet von: 17.05.25 - 07.09.25 (wetterabhängig). Das Sportzentrum liegt 1 Kilometer vom Komplex entfernt.

Hundestrand in Spiaggia Capo Nord 100 m. Tennis in Tennis Farm 3 km. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist je nach Lage des Hauses sehr unterschiedlich. Außerdem ist das Wasser von überall schnell zu erreichen und die Gäste können sowohl am Strand (vom Nordkap oder Mare Vostrum) als auch in den Fjorden baden. In der Regel dauert das erste Bad mit dem Fahrrad maximal 10 Minuten.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is on the level, and has doors to all rooms.
Ground floor: Living room with 1 cot, seating area, TV, dining area (6 places), access to the terrace (garden furniture) and ON REQUEST an additional person can be accommodated at a price of €15.00 per night (payable locally). Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment) and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, and toilet.
