Axams: Cosy, comfortable 2-family house "Karin". 2 apartments in the property. In the resort 14 km from the centre of Innsbruck, 6.4 km from the lake, 3.5 km from the skiing area. Private: barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars, limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 450 m, bar, bakery 400 m, bus stop 250 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, bathing lake "Natterersee" 6.4 km. Walking paths from the house 400 m, skisport facilities 3.5 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 8.5 km, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track, ice rink 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 8.5 km, Mutterer Alm/Götzner Bahn 3.5 km. Please note: Property ref. AT6094.260.1 is situated on the same property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house is centrally located, but in a quiet location facing the street. The carport for 2 cars has an internal height of 2 meters. A Finnish log cabin (AT6094.260.1) can be booked directly in the neighborhood.
