The unit was well kept I liked the heated floors in the bathroom and the balcony overlooking the village was great. Easy access to the hot tubs, and all the restaurants and lifts what else do you need!

Great birthday trip!

Great stay

Very nice, clean property. You can’t beat the location with walking distance to the ski lifts. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely book again.

Location, location, location!

This was a perfect condo to ski Palisades. We walked everywhere and plenty to do nearby. The hot tub was a fabulous addition after a long day. Would stay again!

Palisades Tahoe condo

Perfect condo for my family of 4. We loved the location and especially enjoyed the hot tub after our day on the slopes. The spring skiing conditions could not have been better. Sure hope to be back again soon.

Great Palisades Condo!

Stayed here for a weekend of skiing at Palisades. Matt & Katie were great hosts and very responsive to all questions. Condo was well appointed, clean, comfortable, and terrific location in the village-just steps to the chair lifts. Would certainly stay here again on a future visit.

Perfect location

We had a great time at the condo! Hosts were easy to communicate with. The space was clean and comfortable. Our son slept on the sofa bed. Loved having a garage down below for our vehicle. Beautiful view of the mountains. Thanks so much!!!

Great location

Great location to be close enough to Lake Tahoe but away from the crowds. The property was as advertised. The host was terrific! There was an issue the first night that was fixed quickly. I highly recommend this property and would return anytime

Exceeded Expectations

The condo was a nice size, clean and well appointed. Loved the location on the third floor and in the village! Involved and helpful owners and I'm sure that if a need arose that they would have resolved it, but there were no issues/needs because the place was great! We will be back!

New Year's Eve getaway

Katie & Matt are awesome! Clear and timely communication made our our experience from check-in to check-out as smooth as possible. Beyond the standard guidelines for our stay they provided recommendations for dining, activities and more. Would absolutely book another stay based on their full-service approach. Epic snow weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this property. While the unit is not that big for a family of 4, we found that the storage options - closets, cubbies and drawers allowed us to put away our belongings to maximize space and feel comfortable. The hosts are extremely gracious and have great communication. The kitchen has the right amount of supplies to make dinner. The mattresses, both on pullout and king bed, were comfortable and the unit had a fantastic view. You cannot beat this location.

Excellent Location & Views

We so enjoyed our stay in this condo. Having a full kitchen and stocked with essential items for cooking was a real plus. The unit was very clean and newer furniture and comfortable bed. It is very walkable to every store and restaurant in the village and according to my husband, excellent hot spas with two different temperatures. It's south facing with views of the mountain during the day and the village at night. A great and practical feature is that there are both light filtering and black-out roll up shades to address any sun issues. Communication with the owners/managers was excellent. Will definitely return!
