The living area features a seating group with a height-adjustable table and an integrated double bed (two mattresses of 80 x 200 cm). Additionally, there is a separate bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, while the bathroom has a shower and WC. Guests also benefit from communal amenities such as Digital-SAT-TV, an LCD television with HD and USB connections, radio/CD/USB player, and Wi-Fi.
