Located in Alt-Westerland/Tinnum border, on a one-way residential street, this beautiful 2-room vacation apartment (approx. 43 sqm) for two people is on the upper floor of the "Witt Hingst" country house. On the upper floor is the living area with a sleeper sofa, a rattan armchair, a dining nook, a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player, a radio with a built-in CD player and Bluetooth functionality, and an open kitchenette with a 2-burner stovetop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The small, cozy west-facing balcony with a table and 2 chairs is accessible from here. A shower room with a window and a hair dryer is also located on this level. The bedroom, featuring two single beds pushed together and a window, is located in the attic.
Parking space No. 9 next to the house. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A washing machine and dryer are located in a common area and can be used for a fee. This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
