Located in L'Estartit, in Spain, this 'Fantastic Family Villa' has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

This 200 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 with bathtub, the other 2 with shower) and can therefore accommodate 8 people - ideal for family holidays.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning (in the Master Bedroom, the living room and in the corridor of the 3 other bedrooms), a washing machine as well as a TV.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and a playground.

Pros: Prima locatie! 10 minuten rijden van het strand! Nette woning met goede faciliteiten. Prettige en snelle communicatie met Shaun(eigenaar) en Mell (contactpersoon ter plekke). Cons: Geen negatieve ervaringen!

Muy buena casa, con todos los servicios

Pros: La casa estaba muy bien, cocina grande , los baños y las habitaciones. Tenia hasta un jardín tipo oriental para relajarse. La piscina tenía buena pinta aunque no nos bañamos, era Febrero. Barbacoa de gas, no la habíamos probado nunca y la verdad es que funciona bien y es muy cómoda. Tenia mucho menaje, sillas, tumbonas, etc. La calefacción también funcionaba bien. televisión por internet con multitud de canales, buen wifi e incluso Alexa. En el interior cabían tres coches sin problemas, bastante cerca de dos supermercados y de muchos pueblos del Empordá. Cons: Para mi nada remarcable

Pros: Niet alles was aanwezig in de keuken, en de vaatwasser is aan vervanging toe. Wij hebben zelf een citruspers gekocht, aangezien deze niet meer compleet was. Ook was er geen mixer. Het hekwerk en slot om het zwembad is ook niet al te stevig en is moeilijk af te sluiten. voor de prijs die je betaalt zijn dit wel puntjes van aandacht. Verder een heerlijk huis, we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Ideaal iedere week schoon beddengoed, handdoeken en badlakens, dat is luxe! De kinderen hebben heerlijk gespeeld op het speeltoestel en hadden genoeg ruimte. Een huis waar wij best nog eens naar toe zouden willen.

The villa is located far enough out of L’Estartit so it’s quiet but not too far when we are travelling in every day. The pool is lovely and private. We enjoy the mountain bike trails that are right on the doorstep. This year the owners were very helpful and flexible with the COVID situation. We were very happy that we were able to get there this year.

Pros: The villa did not disappoint, it was clean and welcoming lovely gardens, well maintained pool which the children enjoyed very much, whilst keeping an eye on them from the terraces. Lots of shaded areas, to keep cool access to kitchen from terrace very useful. Lots of space indoor for large families, close to a really lovely beach and go karting, two large supermarkets nearby, as well as being 23 miles from a water park. Excellent value for money for a large family.

Eigenaar was een dag later aanwezig door verblijf elders en heeft alles direct in het werk gesteld om het probleem op te lossen zodat we warm water en verwarming hadden. Ik vond de service dan ook uitstekend, het huis geweldig en kindvriendelijk. Al met al 2 enorm fijne weken gehad en we zullen dan ook zeker terugkomen.

Pros: Villa exactly as described and very well appointed and pristinely clean. 4 bedrooms (2 king with en suites and 2 twin). Plenty of outside space, lovely pool. Fast broadband and UK TV channels available too. Around a 10 minute (including parking) drive into L'Estartit centre where there are a couple of very large, free, beach car parks. It's impossible to to give the villa any less than 5 stars and the owners kept in touch with lots of info at booking and provided multiple options for payment. We'll definitely be going back!

Huis was schoon en ruim met voldoende servies in de keuken. Koffiezetter stopte ermee, dezelfde dag nog nieuw apparaat gebracht. Fijne heldere communicatie. Zwembad werd tijdens de vakantie diverse keren schoongemaakt. Voldoende ligbedden! Top locatie!

Basic layout style and location of the place is fine, a few corners where looking a bit tired, but then it was end of season and we are sure ongoing maintenance is part of the plan.

Pros: Everything was clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed the extensive movie selection. Cons: The lock on the door to the pool was broken so we brought our own lock. Everything else was just perfect.
