Great trip!

The property matches the photos. Our family had a great time. We enjoyed the pool, and canal views. Our boys caught 15 fish from the dock! We will be back!

Tolles Haus für viel Erholung!!!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Der Masterbedroom mit Blick auf den Pool, der schöne beheizte Pool mit Blick auf den Channel und die Möglichkeit mit dem Fahrrad mal eben zu Walmart zu fahren oder die Gegend mit dem Kajak zu erkunden waren echt genial. Der Grill war top und wir haben Abend den Tag auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen… Auch der deutschsprachige und äußerst freundliche Check-In und Check-Out waren TOP!!! Wir kommen wohl irgendwann nochmal wieder! Beste Grüße Alex, Maik & Liam

Some difficulty

When we arrived there was a construction trash bin located in the driveway blocking the garage. There were many cockroaches in the garage. The pool and surrounding area had grit from the roofing job that had just been completed. The "fishing gear" was no well maintained. two poles had broken tips (I repaired them) one reel was falling apart and was unusable. Two reels had no line on them. the "tackle box" was useless. There were no instructions regarding how to use the television and attached equipment. The pool was cold. While the house was nice overall, but having expired food items in the refrigerator was not what we expected.

Excellent property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Home was well stocked with essentials to begin our stay including cooking supplies, spices and cooking oils. We left much of that for the next guests. Loved the pool and didn’t require pool heat. Primary bedroom and ensuite were lovely. Second bedroom is a queen bed. Not a king. Property management were excellent and easy to contact although we did not need to as there were no issues. Shopping, restaurants and pharmacy in walking distance if you like. Would definitely return. Thanks for sharing your home with us. 😁

Seriously, how do I purchase this place!?

I loved this house so much I would honestly considering buying it for myself! The layout is fabulous & bedrooms were good size. The kitchen was well equipped. We chose to buy groceries and eat in more that out. Only thing we didn't know we needed was pepper & a pizza cutter, maybe some Tupperware for leftovers. The convenience of having Walmart 2min away was awesome! We lived in the pool which ran about 88 degrees (there's a deep end and shallow end). The concrete pool can be hard on the feet, so I suggest water shoes (two pairs there size womens 6 and men's 10). There are life jackets for most all size except infant and toddlers. I would suggest buying some pool rafts, like $3 as they were extra nice to have. Fishing equipment was a HUGE bonus, we fished the dock everyday catching turtles, a stingray, snapper, snook, and catfish. Used the little hook and pole we sat up for our daughter to catch little bait fish all day in the front dock corner by the seawall. Iguanas are EVERYWHERE. One night our daughter caught a gecko in the bedroom. Come to find out those tropical house geckos protect your home :) They are absolutely harmless and the iguanas will leave you alone if you leave them alone. Always wear shoes when walking around outside because you never know what you may step on, like a little baby black racer snake that strikes at your toes when you least expect it while taking out the garbage. Yes, that totally happened! The protected burrowing owls on the vacant lots on each side of the house are so neat to watch, but stay away as they are an endangered species and the perimeter is meant to keep you out. Could have used extra paper stocked as we were only supplied 2 rolls for the week and 1 roll paper towels. They did supply shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hair dryer in master bath. Tub is large soaking, not jacuzzi jetted tub. The sights are amazing on the canal, it is very murky water, but I did get ONE manatee to join me at 6am for my coffee sunrise! This location is perfect as its situated in a quiet neighborhood as if no one else is around you, yet close enough to main road (del prado) for food shopping and much more. Hidden gems nearby...Nature Park at Shell Factory and Banana Boat sunset dolphin cruise with the funky fish houses at cape harbour. 30min from Sanibel/Ft Myers Beach. Cape coral yacht club has piblic beach 10min away. Man came 8am ✔out day, billed at end of stay for electricity, one week ran us $72. A must stay!!

Great vacation rental!

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was large and open with a nice patio. The pool was a good size and we kayaked right from the dock in back. The neighborhood was nice and was great for running each day. The house was in a quiet area but just minutes from grocery stores and other types of shopping. My only complaint was that the fishing gear was inoperable (only one pole had a reel and it was broken). This was disappointing because I specifically inquired in advance about the equipment as we were looking forward to fishing. Otherwise, I would have given this place 5 stars.

Lovely Remodel???

This house could be wonderful but the description is not accurate when it says "Lovely Remodel". The laminate floors in the bedrooms are nice and the pool deck area with brick pavers may be fairly new. I am not sure where the rest of the "Lovely Remodel" has taken place. The house was not very clean and it desperately needed paint. The fan above the table by the pool was filthy and the tracks for the sliding door were the same. Baseboards looked like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. Katie (Property Manager)was great in getting these issues resolved the next morning but we should have not had to call her for cleanliness issues. The house has a number of plastic plants that had not been cleaned or dusted in a long time. We had asked Katie to make sure the pool heater was on before we got there but the pool was still cold 2 days in to our stay. Katie had someone come out and it turned the heater had to be replaced. Katie was very good in getting that taken care of. The pool got very warm 5 days in to our stay and we enjoyed the remainder of our two week stay. The 2 kayaks in the garage were great and we used them right in the canal in the back yard. With a very good cleaning and some paint this house could be wonderful.

Sunvil stay

We found the house to be immaculate and the property management to be outstanding with their communication and follow through. We had a bit of a wifi issue that they went above and beyond to resolve. Very friendly as well. Love this house!! Highly recommend (unless it happens to be on the weekend that we want to book our next stay because we call dibs ;) )!!

house was just what we expected. Nice quiet area with dock on the canal. Close to shopping and restaurants. Kids did some fishing from the dock but did not catch much. Were surprised to see a manatee swim past on afternoon (most likely not very common). House was clean. did not use the pool but found out we could have turned the heater on.

Michael Weiss is the worst property manager ever!

I would not rent this house if you have to deal with the property manager Michael Weiss. His ex wife Kathi as he likes to point out was more caring & was great to work with and help resolve our issue. We booked this home for 4days but left after the 2nd day due to dead bugs, lizards, cob webs, & the over all condition inside the home not properly being taken care of or being maintained & not to mention the stuff out on the boat dock left my dogs. Thanks to Kathi we received a partial refund but Micheal just shrugged his shoulders & said it'snot his problem hes not the owner & only manages the home and his friend made sure it was clean but couldnt confirm if his friend inspected the home b4 we arrived bc had he done so we would not had to send an email the 1st day after arriving & a 2nd email to state we are leaving. We ended up staying in Naples for the remaining 2days and had a great time at the beach.

Stay at Sunvill

I rented Sunvill Villa for a family holiday. Kati was most helpful with my questions for the rental. Very quick in answering my queries and flexible for the price as we were renting for 6 nights instead of a week. All the transactions were fast and Professional. The house is great. Very well situated for restaurants, shopping and all amenities. Big spacious bedrooms with comfortable bedding. Very practical kitchen and all appliances in good condition. The pool is of a good size and plenty of towels are provided so no hassle of packing beach towels! There is a choice of eating indoors or by the pool according to the weather, plus bbq available. This was the first stay through this agency and we were very satisfied and pleased with their service. I will definitely recommend them. Thanks again for making our holidays very enjoyable. :-))

It was our first time in Florida the house is very nice with a lof of space a very nice swimmingpoool and all equipemnt needed to cook. house was exactly as all pictures, wondefull it was a real american life !!! the neighborhood was very quiet ideally for a family. supermarket and restaurant are very near of the house. when we come back to our house all were very little.... Kati was very nice to reply to all questions before our vacation. this address is added in our favorite place as we said in France, you could go with closed eyes.....there are no pb.

Toller Aufenthalt in Villa Sunvill

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Schöner Pool mit BBQ-Grill und überdachter Terrasse (war ganz gut bei kurzem Regenschauer), gute Lage mit Nähe zu Supermarkt, Restaurants etc.. Tolle (eher europäische) Einrichtung, ales sehr sauber! Sehr gute Betreuung der Hausverwaltung, die uns kurzfristig bei einem handwerklichen Problem unterstützt hatten. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!
