Guests enjoy access to a variety of community amenities, including a refreshing pool and pool house, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, plus a convenient fish cleaning station for the day’s catch. Boating enthusiasts will love the included 10x30 boat slip and easy-access boat ramp, making it effortless to get out on the water whenever the mood strikes.
The Space:
Step inside and you’re welcomed into a bright, open-concept living space designed to showcase beautiful lake views. The compact yet fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep simple, with counter seating for four that flows seamlessly into a cozy dining table for two—perfect for casual breakfasts or intimate dinners. The living room invites you to unwind with a plush couch, recliner, and smart TV, all positioned to keep the lake in sight. Sliding glass doors lead to a screened-in deck where the experience truly comes to life. Enjoy al fresco dining at the small table, fire up the electric grill for an easy evening meal, or simply relax and take in the peaceful waterfront setting. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset over the water, Harbor Hideout delivers a laid-back lake escape you’ll want to return to again and again.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home includes parking for 2 vehicles.
o One vehicle may park in the designated space for the unit located in front of the building.
o The second vehicle may park in any available parking space marked for guests.
o Please do not park in any other marked spaces, as they are reserved for other units in the building.
• Please note that entry to this home is on the main floor of the unit, which is the first floor of the building. Parking is located on the second floor — please be aware that stairs are required and the building is not equipped with an elevator.
• Once inside the unit guests have easy walkout access to the lake from the patio.
• Guest have access to a boat ramp (code needed - local team will provide upon request), pool and pool house, tennis/pickle ball/basketball court, fish cleaning station at the end of all docks.
• The property has a10x30 boat slip guests can use - Trailer parking on site with tag visible.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
• Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
