Balingen Apartment - Comfort in a Prime Location

This 3-room apartment is located inside a large city villa. It is equipped with everything you need for daily life.

It can also be booked in combination with the villa—contact me for special rates.

The accommodation:
Very bright three rooms. Bedroom 1 features a 140-cm bed, a built-in closet, and access to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a nice closet, and also access to the terrace.
The living and dining room has a dining table with four chairs, a sofa bed (140), a TV, and the kitchen has seating for two additional people. Kitchen amenities:
- Coffee maker (includes coffee and sugar)
- Induction cooktop
- Microwave with grill function
- Refrigerator with freezer compartment
- Dishwasher
- Toaster
- Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, bowls, and much more

Guest Access
Parking in front of the house or, if necessary, in front of the garage (depending on the booking status of the main apartment). Shared access via the vestibule.

Additional Important Information

We have children of our own and quite a few "special amenities." Feel free to ask us for high chairs, cutlery, and toys.

Currently in progress:
- The electrical system is on a single circuit, so not all electrical appliances can be used at the same time (an electrician has been hired). There is no safety risk.
- The garden is not yet separated from the main apartment. If the apartment is occupied by two groups, please respect each other’s privacy.
- The pool is covered for the winter and is expected to be completely renovated in 2022. Currently, please make sure that children, in particular, do not linger around the edge of the pool or step on the pool liner.
