The Space:

Cabo San Lucas has a way of pulling you in - the glittering marina, the stretch of Pacific coastline, the buzz of the waterfront after dark. This one-bedroom apartment puts all of it within a short drive while giving you a quieter, grounded space to return to when the day winds down.

 

Living space

Inside, natural textures and industrial-inspired details create a relaxed, lived-in atmosphere that's easy to settle into. A TV and Wifi keep you connected and entertained, while a dedicated workspace means you can stay on top of things between excursions without missing a beat. Board games, exercise equipment, and children's books and toys for ages 2-5 years old add flexibility for different kinds of stays.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 guests with 1 bed, fresh bed linens, and a closet for clothing storage. Hangers, a safe, and an iron keep longer visits feeling organised and stress-free.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked for cooking at your own pace - a stove, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and blender alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. Coffee is provided to get your mornings started. When the mood calls for it, take dinner outside to the outdoor dining area and fire up the BBQ grill for an easy evening under the Cabo sky.

 

Bathroom & essentials

The bathroom comes fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products. An outdoor shower is conveniently placed for rinsing off after time at the beach or pool.

 

Outdoor spaces

Step out onto the shared patio or balcony, or settle into the shared backyard, for a slow morning coffee or a relaxed evening with outdoor furniture and open air. A set of beach essentials - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - is available on-site, so spontaneous beach days need almost no preparation at all. Pool access is included for when you'd rather stay close to home.

 

Building & access

The building offers free parking in the garage on premises and free street parking, with elevator access for easy arrivals. Self check-in via keypad means you can arrive at any hour without coordination. Exterior security cameras are in place throughout the condominium hallways, and a first aid kit is on-site for peace of mind.

 

Location

Downtown Cabo San Lucas is approximately five minutes away by car, putting the marina, restaurants, beaches, and nightlife well within reach. Close enough to jump into the action whenever you're ready - and far enough to feel genuinely removed from it when you're not.



Guest Access:

**ATTENTION: This condo is located on the third floor and the pools are on the fifth and seventh floor. Currently, the elevator in the building is NOT in service therefore the only access is through the stairs.**



The Neighborhood:

Refuigo Raices is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas so the community surrounding the department offers a variety of services, you can find restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, shopping malls, social squares, batting area, port and main beach of the city.

At nightfall, the community is full of life through its main streets, surrounded by nightclubs, bars and canteens with all kinds of themes, as well as the events that the city offers for the community and tourists on its beaches and surroundings.



Getting Around:

To get around this city we recommend walking since the apartment is located a few blocks from the Cabo San Lucas marina, for long distances we recommend using Uber or car rental, if you require car rental we can recommend the best prices
